1,000 people and two elevators working. Mask mandate inside not followed, pool area was dirty with trash like straws and old limes .. Rooms were small and ventilation was dirty. Requesed for the room AC to be wiped down and they said absolutely. No one ever came. Definitely not worth about $400 a night.

Great time. The staff at the front desk were kind enough to find me a room with a beachside view for a lower rate. The bar staff are great, and the resort provides lounge chairs and towels for their guests to hang out on Clearwater beach. Had a great time. Can't wait to come back.

An aged hotel that is masquerading as a resort. None of the departments speak to one another. If you take a pool towel you have to bring back down to the pool yourself even at night or they will bill you $10.

Parking is $25 but there is never enough staffers to help and you are always waiting. At the pool, there are NO outlets to plug in so you cannot do work and sit by the pool with your family.

The only reason for the TWO stars and not ONE was that the Tiki Bar staff were outstanding.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great location and service. The bathroom was poorly lit, but the shower is absolutely amazing. My room was on the boardwalk side and was not quiet. The bars across the street have very loud music that you can hear clearly in your room over a TV. It is very loud and goes until the bar closes. This makes it hard to get a good night rest, and unlike a loud guest the hotel can't quiet the bars.

At the time of booking my room I booked a ocean view room for #2 nights - after arriving to our room the room was dirty , rug was ripped in different locations, shower had mold. The TV remote was not working and the fact the room was dirty was very disappointing! I changed my check-out date instead of #2 night I changed it to #1 night only. I notice some ppl with mask and some with out - very confusing! I will not be returning to this property! Very disappointing!

On the beach, comfy bed and pillows. Be advised, $25/day parking. $20/day club fee. You dont get much for that. Only 6 paddle boards available, at 9AM for 1/2 hour. Rediculously low toilets. Friendly staff except one clown at the pool side bar. Not a good value.

The beach is amazing. Pool is nice but didn t appreciate having to get in line at 7:00 am just to get chairs by the pool. The elevators were awful, had to wait every time. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. I asked for extra pillows and they ran out ! The hotel fee and parking fee were a bit pricey. Definitely did not meet Hilton standards!
The area is very touristy and expensive.

We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews, however we've had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, and our room was perfect! The staff have all been so kind, and my husband enjoyed his drink from the beach bar. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is in an absolutely perfect location. With your stay, you get your own beach to enjoy, plus lots of shops and eateries right across the street in a quaint, Beach resort town setting. As is so very much the case in any Hilton property at which I've ever stayed, the people are super-friendly and the service they provide is top-notch. I had a wonderful, relaxing time there, and I would definitely come back.

Great hotel on the beach. Perfect walking distance to anything to eat, drink, or have fun it's also adjacent to Pier 60. The rooms are really nice and well kept, I'm a local and I've enjoyed the stay.

We had a nice stay; however, when we checked in we were unaware of the $20 resort fee per day to use their wifi. We didn't need to use their wifi so that was a waste of our money. Also, the gentleman who checked us in said he upgraded us to a room with a balcony. Interesting.... all the rooms have balconies so not sure what he was talking about!

Chef Doug absolutely outdid himself. We stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and wanted to do something special and have an intimate setting with an amazing view. Chef Doug and his staff provided a sunset dinner for two in a private cabana with a beach view and dedicated staff. The food was out of this world with king crab and ahi tuna appetizers, to lobster and steak entrees, all capped off with bananas foster cooked table-side . Each course was paired perfectly with wines and champagne that complemented each dish. I would recommend this hotel and this dining experience to anyone looking to celebrate an anniversary, engagement, birthday, or just a romantic getaway to take in the beauty of the sunset at the beach and enjoy some amazing food.

We had our honeymoon here in June and it was absolutely spectacular! We had an amazing stay and would definitely book with them again! No rental car needed as everything is in walking distance or just a quick uber away! Great customer service! Clean up to date rooms with a gorgeous balcony view! Highly recommend!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Just got back from weekend, a last minute mini vacation before the kids went back to school. And may I say for a Hilton I was completely SHOCKED!!! Paying almost $300.00 for just one night our room was probably smaller than a mini studio apartment, not to mention it smelled dirty. The beds looked like crap and the shower was completely clogged to the point when you showered the tub was so full it reached almost to my knees. We called someone to come and they can barely unclog it themselves happened every time you showered. They said they would give us a discount but never did, I checked my credit card statement they took the full amount. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. This place is a disaster and for what your paying for they're plenty more hotels on the beach worth your money then this piece of crap that over charges for a horrible stay. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

If you're coming to party at the beach and you're sharing the room with 5 friends, you'll love it. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation at a 4 star hotel with well trained staff, keep looking. Old, worn out rooms, hallways, in-wall A/C that leaks on the balcony. Electrical outlets that don't work and three slow elevators to serve 300+ rooms.

Although it's not mentioned on the list of what's included with your resort fee, when you stay here you'll get to hear the people in the next room laughing and pounding the furniture at 11pm. You may also seriously consider just packing up and moving to another hotel, also at 11pm.

If you ignore our advice and book a room here, convince yourself you're going to a La Quinta or a Motel 6, then when you arrive you'll be pleased. If you come thinking you're staying at an actual Hilton, you'll be disappointed.

Small rooms small beds for the price, but cant beat the views and sunsets on the pool side of the bldg. They have their own beach and great heated pools! No busy road to cross to get to the beach. Didn t have to worry about my kids getting hit by a cars they went running right out onto the beach when we left the building. Great service! Everyone friendly! Great pool food and service! Right next to the pier and kid fun zone.

We were enjoying our stay until the supervisor started bothering us about our music being played by a portable speaker and everyone around was enjoying the music
.. mr Kennedy said there were not ANY complaints, however he felt it was nessasary to ask us to turn it off. If u ask me he takes his title to a whole other level.. would not recommend for my friends or family to come here for a stress free ... friendly vacation.. I haven't seen majority of my family for a while due to the pandemic and this supervisor sure took time away over a control issue he has within himself... everyone in the pool was also behind us asking him to just let us listen to the music and if anyone says anything we would turn it off and leave .. eventually he said ok but it began to rain and the fun was over ...

Of the very many stays I've had at Hilton, this has been the worst experience by far with this hotel brand. The website marketed the hotel has room service which it does not. When asking about room service at check in, the only answer they could give as "I'm not sure..." to every question I had.

My room had not been stocked with the normal items a guest would need for their stay, and not even 24-hrs into my stay I had been locked out of my room due to their equipment failure.

But, when you leave the hotel the customer service for outside amenities is superb. On day two, after having to essentially do the job of the hotel staff I decided to spend some time on the beach. The beach chair rental folks were so kind and made things right. Those are the folks who earned stars for this hotel.

However, all good things come to an end. The TV programming is through Dish network, and satellite in FL is useless since it rains every day. The front desk attendant gave me the phone number to Dish to again, do the Hilton's job. That would be the same as my calling public works if their water was turned off. Crazy! And at the end of the day, even with COVID-19 around Hilton cannot blame EVERYTHING on COVID.

Located right next to the public beach. The Hilton Resort and Spa stay was okay. The balcony room I stayed in was very clean and fresh smelling however, the patio balcony itself was quite gross. Cigarette butts. Chicken bones and even a rotten apple was right next to the railing where the AC drainage pipe created a large puddle of stagnant water and bird feces. The drinks were over 7 dollars for a beer on par with stadium prices. The large amounts of familys made it wierd.

This is my go-to place for Clearwater when my friends and family come to visit I know all the surrounding areas and the Hilton people treat you really well and there's only place on the beach that serve liquor lots of tables available to watch the beautiful sunset and it's right next to the pier 60 so there's always festivities going on especially at nightfall oh and they have awesome food the Bang Bang Shrimp is the best

We had rooms with a view of the gulf, very cozy and quiet. Hotel is right on the beach which is very convenient. I think Hilton has a very good space in Clearwater: right at the beginning of the beach, next to the pier with its own lounge areas. Breakfast was mediocre compared to the other Hiltons (little selection of pastries). Dinner such as burgers, sandwiches and salads can also be enjoyed there on the terrace. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Clearwater is a lovely place for a romantic beach vacation.

Would not stay anywhere else in Clearwater. Perfect location right on the beach, walking distance to everything. Staff was AWESOME from the 1st encounter of the bell staff to housekeeping. Hotel does need some updating (water pressure in showers a DEFINITE NEED and better lighting in the bathrooms so you could actually see would be nice) the hotel is aware and states that they will begin upgrades in the fall 2015. Regardless of that everything else was perfect. The resort fee is typical and for what they give you, it's really a bargain. We stay at a resort in Wisconsin over Christmas for skiing and we get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the resort fee just the charge each day on our bill. Again, would not stay anywhere else while in Clearwater. This hotel was WONDERFUL!!!

Fantastic hotel.

Fantastic hotel.
The staff were very helpful and polite. David at the pool provided us with great service and useful tips whilst visiting the area.
Our room was immaculate. Nice and light with a good feel to it. Too often whilst in the US hotels have drab colour, but not here.
Located on the beach front with two great pools and facilities. Morning yoga as well as use of bicycles to explore.
Highly recommended staying here and we'll definitely be back again soon!
Thank you for a lovely, relaxing couple of days!

Great location right on the beach. Rooms are clean, love having a deck to sit out on as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. We used the heated pool which was clean and stocked well with towels. We rented beach chairs and cabana on our second day. Rates were great and the staff was helpful setting it all up. Parking attendants were friendly and helpful as well. Location is great with many restaurants and businesses within walking distance as well as Pier 60 which is a great spot to watch the sun set. Can t wait to come back again soon!

This hotel sits on one of the most prominent spots on Clearwater Beach. Is a shame that the hotel even though being updated is still stuck with very small rooms very small showers in not enough space to enjoy the beautiful views that you have.

The staff is very friendly, enjoyable to talk to and very professional. What is my personal opinion they should tear the building down and build a decent hotel on one of the most Prime spots in all the Clearwater Beach.

Spectacular beach with clear, calm and warm waters! Ideal for families with children or those who do not want much excitement on the beach.
Take your beach chairs or a good credit card! The rental of chairs and umbrella hurts in the pocket. The birds in the late afternoon make a show apart.

We came for a mental health trip and I enjoyed every moment of it. The room was clean and beautiful. We had a lovely view of the strip. It's nice that the beach and pool area were only steps away from each other. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room service wasn't worth the price. Thank goodness there's a plethora of restaurants to choose from nearby. I can't wait to go back.

The location is in the center of restaurants, bars, boat excursions, Pier 60, and most important - it's beachfront...
Kids of all ages will enjoy the beautiful sunsets, weekend activities, and live entertainment at Pier 60...

We loved our stay here, the room was great and clean. Having direct beach access was also amazing. They are family friendly, they show a kids movie at the pool every night. Our daughter loved it. Conveniently located walking distance from everything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed, this hotel needs major renovation, rooms and hallways have a strong mold odor, the food was pricey and horrible, we stayed at multiple Hilton locations and by far this is the worse. You couple another hotel in the same location at a similar price with more amenities, better service and quality.

An overall great hotel for the location! Rooms are decent and updated while being directly on the beach is a major plus. No roads to cross here, just walk right out of the hotel and you're already at the beach! The only things I were not too thrilled about had to do with the bathroom. The sliding barn door is a nice touch but does nothing when it comes to sound. You can literally hear whatever's going on behind it.. Plus, the center of it is frosted glass which lets the bathroom light out into the room. It would have been better as a solid door to prevent waking anyone up during the night. The other thing was the toilet itself. I though maybe it was just me, but after talking with the other people in my group (staying in other rooms) we all had the same thought; the toilet is too low. You might as well be sitting on the floor because that's what it feels like. Not good if you have joint issues.. Other than that, the hotel itself if well maintained and kept up nicely. Felt like a safe area too, which is always a plus. The only other thing is the loud nightlife if your room is street side. I know this is out of their control, but the bars/clubs across the street are lively up until around 3AM, and might be something you would want to take into account. If you're looking for a hotel right on the beach in a great area of Clearwater Beach, I would strongly recommend checking out the Hilton of Clearwater Beach!

They call this place. It's only a over priced hotel. You are charged for everything including parking WiFi and anything they can get. No house cleaning they blame it on covid but wouldn't a clean room and towels be helpful. Way to costly for what they offer.
