If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation at a 4 star hotel with well trained staff, keep looking. Old, worn out rooms, hallways, in-wall A/C that leaks on the balcony. Electrical outlets that don't work and three slow elevators to serve 300+ rooms.

Although it's not mentioned on the list of what's included with your resort fee, when you stay here you'll get to hear the people in the next room laughing and pounding the furniture at 11pm. You may also seriously consider just packing up and moving to another hotel, also at 11pm.
