I had a great experience at Headquarter Nissan! Jamie Crowder was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He made the experience run smoothly and has even taken the time to check on me just to make sure that I still love my car!! Definitely recommend him and Headquarter Nissan if you re looking to buy a vehicle!

Vehicle needed a transmission replaced. 3.5 days to accomplish I was told & about $5000.
First: 5 stars for the repairs (completed in 1.5 days) and the handling of that. The service advisor was first class about this.
When I brought the repaired vehicle home, I examined the bill and found that the $100 charged for diagnostics (to be refunded if repairs were done by the dealership) didn't appear. I called the dealership to have them credit my card.
It took multiple calls (including over 15 minutes on hold, listening to a sales pitch that repeated about every minute) and multiple revolving employees to find out that Headquarter Nissan is just about the only business on earth that won't honor a credit card transaction over the phone. In order to resolve THEIR mistake, I must make another trip with the original card to their facility.
This is why I don't go there for regular service. Because service turns into no-service quickly.

It is better to call the service department and schedule an appointment rather than walk in. You wait less. The waiting room for service is large and has snacks, coffee, and water. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. They also have a small kids play room. The ONLY place I take my car for service!!

Bought a car from them in 2015 and thought that they would be the best place to go to to rent an vehicle to travel out of town for my grandfathers funeral but the way my husband was treated upon returning the vehicle was completely unacceptable. We traveled to Michigan and it snowed on the car so they told us it was ashes and we smoked in the car. We had 3 kids, one being an newborn and one with asthma in the car with us, no one ever smoked in there car. Then she says the dirt on the car is scratches and we must have hit a pole. It's funny she said pole because that's exactly what she told me they didn't want me to do when I was leaving the parking lot with the car in a joking way. After he said i never hit anything once again she says she KNOWS we hit a pole. So to con us out of our $250 deposit she lied and said we smoked in the car and hit a pole. NEVER again will these ppl get our business and im telling everyone I work with at Columbus regional not to give them theres. The only reason my husband took the car back was because I was working my 12 hour shift and there was no way for me to leave. Then she tells her manager she felt threatened and he was cursing at her. Never once did he curse at her I was on the phone the entire time. So they threaten to call the police if he doesnt leave the premises because he requested to speak to someone hire up. I guess thats how they treat black men with dreads. The young black lady who handles rentals is a liar. She cant be trusted and needs to be fired. I was going to get my next car from them but I will never step foot on their "PREMISES" again. Go to enterprise or budget

Great price for an oil change in town.
I had an appointment today and first the girl that started to help me was not nice at all she seemed frustrated and I guess I was there to see it.
Another lady came to help and she was nice. I went in the waiting room and sat there for about 20 minutes then the lady comes and gets me telling me your car won't start... Really they say my battery just died. This is the second time they tell me something like this.
2 years ago it was my truck, where i took it for an oil change and they told me they couldn't start it and I needed a new battery today again.
Based on the welcoming today I should have just cancelled the appt or go elsewhere.
Even after I said this is very strange they couldn't even say anything other than "I understand" they are supposed to be experts . So i asked for a jump and left.

He was really knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable in talking to him and he did not give me the feeling that he was all about the sale regardless. I dropped my vehicle off for the seat belt inflater recall, engine and oil filter service and the TPS light being on. The young lady that signed me in, got everything going, hooked me up with a shuttle and i was driven home. The next day the young man that picked me up get my car, drove me back HQ Nissan went inside with me, directed me to who I need to see to get my car. Everyone that I came into contact with was very helphful, thoughtful and friently.

Dealership recommended a replacement part on my vehicle that they didn't even check to see if it was bad. I had just replaced that part just a month ago that's why i knew they hadn't checked it. And they also said the part needed immediate attention!!! Of course I called them on it and all they said was that in there defense they do oil change all day and they don't know why I was told it needed it when actually no one look to see if it was good or bad. Now my question is what if i told them to go ahead and change the part would they come and tell me...oh we made a mistake you don't really need this part...no they wouldn't because that would mean that no one really checked it in the beginning to make them say i needed a new one and plus it needed IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!!!

I just took my pickup truck to Nissan, for another oil change. The service writer, and technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful, at acknowledging and troubleshooting some issues that I had concerns with. Come to find out they were simple issues, that were addressed and my fears were laid to rest. For the price of the oil change, Headquarters Nissan can NOT be beat. In this economy, $14.95 for an oil change, and the free multi-point inspection that they did to let me know of current or up and coming issues before they became real problems. They helped me immensely, and financially. To top it all off, from the time my truck went in, was inspected, and my oil changed, I was out the door in maybe an hour or less. If you are going to take your car, or truck, somewhere, and want to feel like you are getting a deal, take your automobile to Headquarters Nissan for your oil changes, and let their friendly and knowledgeable staff take care of you and your car, like they did me.

They had my phone number wrong in the system so I never got a call about my vehicle. I told them my correct number, they didnt change it until the 2nd time I told them. I had to call multiple times to get a status update on my vehicle. After I picked up my vehicle the engine light came on within a half mile of leaving. Had to being my truck right back in the morning and am now without my vehicle again. I do not recommend this place. On a positive note, the shuttle service is convenient and the lady at the desk was nice. It seems to me that the service department is not very experienced in customer service or servicing of vehicles. I spent over $600 just to bring my truck back for the same issue the following day.

Matt was wonderful. I inquired about a new 2015 GTR and the response time was almost instant. Especially considering it was the last one on my list and the last one I had contacted since I was primarily looking for a used one. I still haven't spoken to the other dealers I submitted an inquiry on, sadly. Matt was very knowledgeable and informative about all of my many questions and concerns. However, from my own error I mistakenly assumed it was a 2016 new model and did not purchase it. Again, Matt and the crew from Headquarter Nissan were wonderful and it was my mistake that lead to me to not purchase the vehicle. They were very honest and helpful and even willing to delivery the car to me almost 200 miles away. I would recommend Matt and his crew to anyone looking for a Nissan product. It's good to know there are still honest folk in the car business. If I'm ever in the market for a new Nissan again, I know who I'm calling first this time.

The cashier lady, sorry didn't catch her name was very knowledgeable. Please keep people like that to better train other employees that don't know too much. I agree with a lot of comments on here about Nissan not picking up the phone when calling the service department. Lastly, there are a lot of employees their just standing around talking or just sitting there looking at other people. It seems like other areas have more employees than others.

I had a scheduled appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change while checking in I asked for two new tires put on my car. My car was not pulled in the bay to even begin the work until 10:30, of course at that point I questioned how long it would take and was told between 1.5 to 2. They were told multiple times by myself and my husband that the new tires needed to be put on the front of the car and that they needed to be filled with nitrogen. When all was said and done they had my car from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the new tires were on the back of the car and not filled with nitrogen and the alignment was a joke (if you took your hand off the wheel it pulled hard to the right). After a phone call and a trip back to the dealership the next day (keep in mind I live 20+ minutes from there) to fix all the crap that they didn't do right to begin my frustration level is through the roof. In the end, from what my husband was told, it was a lack of communication between the desk and the technicians.

Awesome buying experience! I just purchased a new car from Nissan, Al Taylor was outstanding. This is the second vehicle we have bought from him. My husband purchased his truck little over a year ago. We had such a good experience when I needed a car didn't hesitate or even consider using anyone else. I told him what I wanted which wasnt a pricey or flashey car and he was very professional, didnt try and get me into something that I didnt want. Nice, easy expereince and now I have a great New Nissan Versa! Would recommend Nissan as everyone there is always so nice and Al Taylor is a great sales person.

Also, there Service people revealed to me that the front bumper had been painted previously. It was sold to me just over 4 months ago as "NEW". There was nothing listed on the Carfax report about it. When I moved in the garage area, I sat in my car for 5 minutes and then eventually asked a worker am I supposed to go inside, and his reply was just wait in your car and someone will help you . My wife and I had a great purchasing experience Friday June 14th. Our salesman was David Walters. He was very friendly and helpful in finding a car for my wife that met her needs. My wife is very happy with her purchase. David's assistant, Jennifer, was also very helpful. If was all a very positive experience. I had to take off a few hours from work to take care of the transaction but David was on top of things and had everything ready and made it a quick and simple in and out procedure so I could get back to work. He kept it simple the way car buying should be. Not much work for us because David, his assistant and the finance manager did everything. He showed us around the service department and we know that we will be taken care of when we go back for service jobs.

Thanks to you and your staff for making it a great experience. We will be back.

I went to the Hq Nissan website and found the vehicle I wanted. Got the e-Price confirmed. Went to the dealership to close the deal. The salesman, Jamie Crowder, was excellent during the entire process and worked with me to get all the discounts I qualified for. All the other staff members were very friendly, helpful, and COVID-19 aware. A couple of hours after entering the dealership, I drove away in a new 2020 Frontier SV. I will buy from Hq Nissan again.

Mrs. Bessie and Mrs. Katie here at the Columbus, Ga location provided excellent service. They were very helpful and very friendly. We had some good laughs, handled business and we left in a timely manner. I truly appreciate them for helping me sell my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I could have went elsewhere but I'm so glad I didn"t we built a great bond while being there and they made me very comfortable. I will definitely be referring a friend here. Great customer service is hard to find and they went above and beyond to make me happy and my fiance happy. I'll have to admit some of the employees try and they strive for excellence but this dealership maintenance team is still falling short. Quotes are never accurate or they try to charge you for service you don't need. I have a better one, they complete service on your vehicle that you never agreed to or asked for and expect you to pay. They are either very unorganized or common criminals.

Helped me find a used car I loved that was within my price range. If there was an option not to pick any stars I would not have. I have been a loyal customer with Nissian for about 4 years with the purchase of three cars alone and referrals to friends and family. I called twice last week to schedule an oil change appointment for Saturday at 1:30. I arrived well over 5 mins before my appointment time. I informed the gentleman (Richard) that my oil changes are free being that I m a veteran for the United States Navy. I also informed Richard that I would like to purchase the balance and rotation service for my car as well. If there was a necessity to replace filters that would be fine as well only if necessary. I informed Richard that I had no intentions on going over my budget and that everything should roughly be around $100.00. After waiting until 4:30 to get a phone call to tell me my car is ready 3 HOURS LATER! Richard informs me of my $200.00 balance for the services I requested. I m furious at this point because the filters were replaced without him calling to inform me of the price which is by far the most unprofessional action I have ever experienced I ALWAYS receive a phone call before services to inform me of the severity of the service before just fixing it. I would have declined to pay over $100 for labor and parts for just filters. After I explained my frustration calmly I purchased the services to be handed my keys in the pooring rain and walk to my car without any assistance which has never happened because my car is normally brought to me. This is my second complaint and quite frankly the service and treatment I have been receiving from Nissians service department at this point is unsatisfactory. I thought the free oil change was a courtesy due to my service instead it seems to a burden to the service department since I m always reminded that Im not paying for it and a burden to me because the treatment and time is poor quality as well as customer service. Seriously considering purchasing my oil changes else with a discount and still pay where I am treated kindly, my time is an important factor and professionalism. This is disappointing because this is not the first time.

This service department is a waste of time and money! *The short version- it took two days to do a 30000 mile warranty maintenance and diagnose front end noise, but the diagnostic never happened. *.

The service department is unprofessional, the service Manager is rude and disrespectful. The employees that work on the vehicles have zero sense of urgency. They somehow managed to misplace my truck the first day and I sat there for 4 1/2 hours. After 3 hours I asked for an update and I was told the maintenance was in progress. When I walked to the window and looked inside their shop my truck wasn t inside. Then I asked about it again. I was told oh sorry we can t get to your truck today because we are behind. Mean while I watched many other customers come and go during my time there. But my truck must of not been a priority even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and ARRIVED 15 minutes early for my appointment. Because they were going to be unable to work on it I was more than ready to leave, but they could not find my truck. They had parked it somewhere and forgot about it.

Today (the 2nd day) my wife and brother brought my truck back in for the service that didn t happen the previous day. Once they handed the keys off they went to the waiting area. My brother spent most of their time there watching the shop through the window. The technical spent the majority of the time typing and talking on his cell phone, not working on the truck for more than a couple minutes at a time. After several hours my truck was done they did not test drive it or attempt to diagnose the front end issue, and what was done as the 30,000 mile maintenance was less than on any vehicle we have previously owned but for just as much cost. From now on we will drive the extra hour to go to another dealership.

I have never met a team of more caring and helpful staff who worked together as a team to ensure I was happy with my vehicle purchase. Henry, James, and Kenny, I thank you! The finance guy was kind and made sure we understood everything we signed but at the same time made it a quick and non stressful experience. I have rented many times and Alex in the rental dept is such a sweet person. Bernadette and Joshua are always awesome in the service department. When I had my car serviced the wait was always minimal. The only bad experience I ve had at all at Nissan was with Carson in the service dept. who was very rude and unprofessional and not willing to listen but knew it all. I was very disappointed with him and his character. Thank you Nissan and I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a car to give them a try first. They aim for customer satisfaction!

Got my car from here everything was all fine... great salesman's Jamie Crowder did an amazing job. 3yrs later I had a wreck and went into the office to do paperwork for Gap coverage claim, submitted documents and the financial manager doesn't rerurn calls or responds to email. So unprofessional now my account is being charged off without Gap coverage applied. Word of advice don't purchase Gap through dealership, it's more expensive not to mention they factor it into your monthly payment and they drag their feet trying to cover it. Purchase it through your car insurance provider....I will never deal with this dealership again

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Headquarter Nissan and have had nothing but good experiences. We also take them to the service department and you can't beat the free oil changes for Military families. The waiting room is really nice and comfortable if you decide to wait even though we usually use the drop off box.

We are now a Nissan Family. Everybody in our family drives their own Nissan. We love the atmosphere and the customer service. And of course that the deals are always coming through.
We worked with Alan the first time when my son bought his first car! They came through for him and even went through all the trouble in getting a car for him from a different location. The second one was my truck and we worked with Kenny. And of course we had the same great experience, that my husband decided he wanted a new car and got himself a new one two days after mine.
Keep on going HQ Nissan. I will recommend you over and over again.

Charged me 200 bucks to diagnose my air conditioner. Tune up for the air conditioner problem was claimed to have been performed. Then wanted to charge 1000 bucks to fix problem. I have had the car for 2 months. When service put my car back together my dash was not put back together appropriately so u have things sticking out when they shouldn t. Shop I took car to after says the tune up and recharge for air conditioner was never performed.

We bought a used 2013 pathfinder from Atlanta about 8 months ago. recently the CVT transmission started acting funny. We took it to Headquarter Nissan to have them check it out. Ariel was the service advisor. She was very thorough and nice. They checked it out and said the transmission needed to be replaced and it was still covered under warranty. we were provided a rental car and our pathfinder was repaired and ready on the day we were told it would be ready.

When I m asked if I can leave my car for the morning I expect to pick it up around 12. When I have to be the one to call only to find out they just took it back I m not happy. If you are 2 days behind then change your appointment times. I d much rather be called and asked to move my appointment to another day instead of being surprised to find out my car wasn t ready due to scheduling problems when I delivered it at 7:45 am. Doctors do this and when they do I find another doctor.
