Normally I'm very pleased with my service work. This time, not so much. They did 3 of the 4 things I asked. Of course with the 4th, it's always "we couldn't duplicate the issue." Whatever, once I got my vehicle back, the cashier didnt really say much and was kind of snarky if she did speak so I wasn't sure if our business was finished. I had to ask "Am I all set?!" Then I get to my car and they left the plastic on the seat, floor mat, service tags, etc all inside the vehicle. The inside wasn't wiped down (sanitized.) There was a big black smudge on the outside of the vehicle. Just not their best work this time.
