Was finally able to speak with an actual person in the service department to arrange a service appointment. I tried multiple times in recent months with no success. Frustration set in. My service appointment has finally been scheduled. Headquarter Nissan is very happy and prompt to take your calls regarding potential sales. When I was transferred to the service department, the phone rang off the hook or my voice messages requesting a return call were ignored, time and again. This WAS my dealership. I bought several cars there. I referred family, friends and co-workers. Now I am afraid to do that. Service after the sale seems to go a bit wanting. Service after the sale is what creates loyal, returning customers and frequent referrals.

Terrible service today...I had an appointment to just have my oil changed and after 2 hours of waiting, they had not even touched my car. I left because I had to pick up my children. I have purchased 2 cars from them since we moved here and was very pleased but the service department needs some help. Wait times are awful, even when you have an appointment. I think I may go to the Lagrange Nissan dealership for my next trade in. It would be worth the drive and I only buy Nissan's.

The sellers Doug and Matt were outstanding got me the price I wanted on a Acura TL used car. the car had a issue 3 days later and I brought it back and it was fixed without question on the house and it was a very expensive job. I'm truley grateful and couldn't be happier with my purchase . the service department was very friendly and cooperative also. they really made me feel like family as a dealership and As a whole even my finance lady was a very understanding sweetheart who worked with me on Paying the down payment later. I will def do business again ive never had such success with both seller, finance and service department on a used car especially God bless these guy/ they really know how to make customer satisfaction mean something again and really take care of our military and vets.

I found out that they do car detailing here. I normally take my car to goo goo car wash for full service clean, but these guys do a better job for the same price. The advisors are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

This is my third terrible experience with your location. I wait a week for my appointment at 7am for an oil change and recall items. We call all afternoon with no updates for time and then have to go in person the next morning to pick up our vehicle. Your short staffing is not a problem as you should schedule vehicles according to your capability. Making an appointment and wait 24 hours is disappointing. For your staff to highlight it s not a jiffy lube is irritating. We drive a large vehicle because we have a large family and would have made accommodations accordingly had we known your location needs 26 hours to complete an oil change. This is my fifth Nissan location to work with due to moving with the military, by far the worst experience every single time. If we lived her permanently I would not buy a Nissan just to not deal with your dealership at all.

I went to the car dealership last week to get my car serviced; and it was my first time going to any car dealership for that purpose, because I usually just go to different mechanic shops around town that offered the best deal. My experience started off a little rocky, because they were short staffed that afternoon when I arrived for my appointment. Which isn't their fault; and I understood, because I'm sure we've all had this happen at some time or another while at work. However, I'm apologetically sad to say that I became a little disgruntled for waiting so long regardless just to even get checked in, and compounded with the fact that I had to get to work soon. I'm not gonna lie, I had thoughts of leaving; and putting it off for another day; but I'm so glad I stayed. With all thanks to Melody Lawson for swooping in and being my hero for the day. So professional, friendly, and sympathetic with the challenges that presented themselves that day. The epitome of Grace under fire. She was quick and efficient as she reassured me from my doubts; and kept her promise, which really meant a lot. While waiting in the waiting area, which is so lavishly decorated (love all the little touches) and full of quality amenities, I came to the realization that, this was a business that was more of a family-oriented community than just numbers and sales; and I was happy and proud to be a part of that. It reminded me of the great experience when Ebony guided me through my first car buying process and experience from the very same dealership. Melody got me out in a timely manner and went over the results with me, and going as far as to quote optional things that will need to be serviced later on with fair and affordable prices. In short, my car and I have found our homebase for all of our automotive service needs at the Headquarter Nissan of Columbus. The friendly personnel are highly qualified and talented individuals that perform professional, efficient, and quality work; even when the odds are stacked against them. The level and care and trust they provide creates a strong foundation of community where you're instantly welcomed into; and that's something I'm truly happy to be a part of for years to come.

This is by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Our sales guy Lanton Kyle was freaking awesome. Instead of trying to put us in a vehicle that would get him a higher commission he listened to what we really wanted & needed. He did what I am always asking car sales people to do which is work the numbers 1st. He did just that. We found a price range that worked for our budget plus a vehicle that ate up over $10,000 in negative equity on our trade in. Noone tried to up sale us. Everyone listened to our needs & we walked away extremely pleased & excited about the next time we buy a car from them.

I went to Nissan twice and test drove a car that I wasn't too fond of the first time but the representative Gloria Stephens was very knowledgeable and helpful even though it was late in the day and I'm sure close to closing time. Because of her patience, kindness and knowledge of the vehicles I went back with my 5 year old son to let him help me shop again. I asked for Gloria again and she greeted us with a smile and gave my son a high five which put a big smile on his face and his shyness disappeared. My son helped pick out our new SUV, Gloria was really good about including my son in the conversations that normally would have bored a 5 year old to the point of self destruction. The manager made him a cool poodle balloon which he stills has today. Gloria Stephen's called to check on my happiness of my purchase and made sure my 2nd key was made and taken care of as she said it would. 5 stars.

As soon as my husband and I entered Headquarters Nissan, we were greeted with a greeting, smiles and an offer of water. In particular, David Walters was our sales associate and he was beyond awesome! He found out what we wanted and our situation and went right to work on getting us a great deal, keeping in mind where we needed to be as far as payment was concerned. He has a great personality and really made the buying experience very pleasant. Everywhere we went in Headquarters Nissan, the pwople were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend others here as it was out most pleasant car buying experience ever.

We purchased a vehicle from this location almost a year ago and at first all seemed well until we felt it no longer suited our family. We went to trade our vehicle in and during the appraisal we were told the vehicle had been poorly repainted, giving it an "orange peel" affect. They told us it could've been sent from the factory like this or done at the dealership. We were told it was something we wouldn't have noticed but it was clear to the appraisers. I am absolutely disappointed and angry that we were not notified about this prior to purchasing the vehicle. Very dishonest of Nissan, especially since we paid higher than average for the vehicle. I would not recommend this location and will never purchase from them again.

My husband and I went in to Headquarter Nissan, with the intent of using a pre-approved loan. The process took a total of 6 hours total, spread over two days, but the time was well worth the wait. Devon Henry went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. He was friendly, he walked us through each step, making sure we understood everything that was going on, and even helped us negotiate with the insurance company. The Finance Department was extremely flexible in working with us to put us in the car we wanted, at a price we could afford. If anyone were to ask my husband and I for a recommendation about Headquarter Nissan and Devon Henry, we would say without hesitation that you would be in for a great car buying experience and that Devon is a wonderful person to work with. We are so appreciative of all they did for us and we do not really have the ability to put into words, what it means that Devon and the finance department helped put us into the car we wanted, the first one bought together as a couple! The clerks were great but they forgot to check the tire pressures and the tires were left like they were when I came in. Upon leaving I was disappointed in that because that was the first thing she said they would do, is check the tire pressure. Tire pressures were very uneven. Oil change was good. Everything else was good too.

We received a call that our car was ready and when we arrived to pick it up they were still finishing up paperwork. We bought the service package and they attempted to charge for the oil change. This happens every time we take it in for service. She showed me what was involved with the 15 point inspection and the very next day all of the tires were registering as low.

Every visit i have always had at Headquarter's Nissan has always been a great one. But this particular visit was different. I was actually in the office getting my 2012 Nissan Altima detailed when a salesman asked me if i was interested in traded it for 2013. In the beginning I gave him a really hard time because my buying experience at other dealerships have always been a rip off. To make a long story short, this guy was really honest, and patient with me & was willing to work with me. I have to admit(with a big smile on my face) i now have a 2013 Nissan Altima that Im really enjoying. Thank you Daryl Byrd for all you did. Sending more people your way........

I went to the Toyota dealership right down the street from Head Quater Nissan, (whatever the name of that place is ) and I asked them to put on a tire that I had already purchased from discount tire, i also told them that I needed other work done and they told me that they wouldn t do it because I already purchased a tire?!?! I drove to Head Quater Nissan and they said no problem and immediately got me in the lane. Mark took car me of me and got it done promptly. The whole staff was friendly and joking with me while I waited on my Lyft to take me to work.

If I could leave this place -5 stars I most definitely would. For starters the woman at the front desk was RUDE, and I m trying to figure out what I did to her personally other than ask where I could sign in. Not to mention I got there at 11:45 for a simple oil change and left at almost 2:00. If that s not bad enough I had to inquire about if my vehicle was complete only to find out that it was ready. Only God knows for how long. I will not be returning as a customer. And management should look into hiring staff with better professionalism.

The experience received from Headquarters Nissan was nothing but wonderful. The representative, Chris, explained the process and was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. His knowledge of the vehicle that would work the best for our daughter was exceptional. He provided valuable feedback, walked us through the process, and explained the maintenance and care of the vehicle. He provided a tour of the facility, to include how the service center works. We were welcomed into the Nissan family. We look forward to working with them again for future purchases.

I would never buy another car from this dealer, they are not at all honest and straight forward. They advertise a 'no negotiations necessary' type approach, but then over charge. In my case, the salesman was coming back with a 'terrific deal' on the truck, only to come back with a price higher than the one advertised on their website.
Then their financing department adds in thousands of dollars of extras that were never discussed between me and the salesman. This was probably the worst car buying experience that I have ever had.
The service department is first class, but the rest of the operation is rather under handed.

Took car in foe thw "Lifetime Oil-Change Service" with no appt, and took about 4-4.5 hours..wifi, TV, water, descent seating was available.. a thorough out-brief of alleged items assessed of car was done..several open maintenance bays available to do work, seemed was lacking service workers to so the maintenance..maybe that would have cut waiting time in half.

I would have given 5 stars except for the final stage of the process, signing the finance papers. I did my homework and came prepared with the car details and my financial records set. The sales person was great, personable and tried very hard to keep me engaged and happy the whole afternoon (he deserves 5 stars). Within an hour I got to test drive the exact car I wanted and agreed to the payment I wanted as well, plus a tour of the facilities - super service up until the paperwork time. I had to wait 3 additional hours, 3!, to get my turn to do the paperwork, all of which took 15 minutes. Luckily I had downloaded a book to read as I expected a wait, so I was content, but I did get irritated after hour 2 stretched into hour 3. I felt bad for the people after me as they also arrived about the same time as I and so they had to wait even longer.

TJ was awesome; he went above and beyond to confirm the type of warranty/service plan my mother in law had on her vehicle to ensure we were not overpaying. This has happened several times before on previous visits and she ended up paying for services she shouldn't have had to come out of pocket for. It was refreshing to have someone like him assist to ensure we didn't have the same problems as before. He's a keeper for this location, as I personally vowed to never purchase a car from there after the experience my mother in law had with them.

HQN doesnt even warrant one star. Here we go again HQ Nissan. I was asked to give you all a second chance after a visit in April, in which I had an appointment for a safety bag recall. After spending several hours at your dealership, my car had not been touched; only to find out the people in the service department was having trouble printing out the paperwork before they could start the work. Hello, I had an appointment. HQN should have been prepared. I demanded my car and I left. So today, I had another appointment for my routine oil change AND air bag recall. After waiting about 15 minutes, some inept person calls me away from the waiting area to inform me that my car did not have a recall. I explained to him what happened before. I told him that when I called for this appointment, the courteous lady did state that there is an air bag recall. The email appointment reminder even reflected the air bag recall. I again asked for my car and left. It is obvious that Head Quarter Nissan has some serious issues.
