After reading the comments, I am sure now that Nissan will not be getting business from me any longer. Took my Nissan in for a simple oil change and the tech did not put engine parts back on it. Left the dealership and immediately the car cut off. I was sitting in front of the dealership and the car would not start. I called the dealership and they came out and only to take several tries to get it started. When the car went back to the tech, he stated that clamp to the air duct where the air filter is located just popped off. Now, I am a female, but not stupid or crazy to realize that a clamp just pops off the care. The tech did not want to admit the truth that he forgot to double check his work. Nissan, you are at the BOTTOM of my list. If you have tech or service department to treat their OWN Nissan right, how do you expect to treat anyone right. I might as well take the care to Presision Tune or Grease Monkey to let them do the job. $14.95, 2+ hour wait was not worth my time and effort to getting a simple 15 minute oil change. I agree with the rest of the comments posted that the dealership and its people suck.
