I looked at a couple other dealers in Roseville to buy my daughter a new car. The pressure they put on us was not only exhausting, but very off putting and made the experience not a fun one. My daughter and I left both dealerships disappointed that they would not listen to what we wanted only what was best for the dealership.

I found a 2019 Ford Fusion at Harold Ford that not only fit the budget, but my daughter loved all the features it had. I called Travis at Harold Ford and asked if the car was available. He checked the inventory and assured us it was in stock. We set an appointment to come in today and take it for a test drive. When we pulled up to the dealership Travis already had the car upfront and ready to drive.

Travis was very professional and talked about all the features of the Hybrid system because it was new technology for us. We had a great understanding of the entire vehicle by the time we got back from the test drive. At this point still 100% no pressure to buy!!! I told Tavis, let us go in and see what we can do to get this for my daughter.

I have bought many cars over the years and have never had a better experience than this. From Travis in sales and James in finance this was the easiest, least stressful transaction I have ever had. It made us feel so good about the purchase we just made.

I am not a guy that normally takes time to write a review, but after the amazing experience they gave my daughter and myself I wanted to share this to help anyone else looking for a great dealership.

First, I went for repair and was told to the price about 320 if they had the right part, and I left paying 80 of 320 for diagnostics, and when I come back they tried to charge me for diagnostics again, but they lowered by little the price when I told them I've paid for diagnostics before . I still overpaid anyway wayover the quoted price. And in my second visit they couldn't accept my coupon saying that "I don't think this include tire rotation" which the coupon doesn't mention. Avoid the husstle by going there go downtown or elk groove ford not Harrold Ford.

Specifically the service department. They literally tried to lie and tell me after looking me up that I had no coverage when my brand new car I purchased from them started having issues. Then they claimed i didn't have oil change coverage when i do until the nearly the end of 2020 and lastly my mustang had large amounts of smoke coming out of tail pipe .so I called them with a simple question.. what is my car covered for..? After the employee repeated that he couldn't answer that unless I came had work done then they could determine if i had coverage of not I'd ower them 180 for just checking.. I then asked him again so you can't just type my name in and tell me what my car is covered for unless I pay you ? I'm literally asking you to do just that. ...just....that. I'll be going to another dealership from now on. They are more concerned with getting whatever money out of you they can than actually helping you. I normally wouldn't complain but this is the third time I've had an issue. I've barely had this car a damn year

I dropped my car off on a Thursday to get serviced over the weekend, and was assured that my keys would be waiting at the Sales Desk for my on Sunday, as long as I showed up before 6 pm. When I showed up at 530 pm, the guys at the Sales Desk had no idea about my car, and said there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer to help me at all, just told me to get an Uber and come back the next day. How is that in any way acceptable customer service?

Horrible experience with the service department. I took my vehicle in for one issue and in the process of them simply running a Diagnostics on my vehicle managed to burn up my starter charge me for it and then tell me I cause them more problems by telling them to fix issues that they found that could be leading up to the existing problem I had. Work requested was inaccurate on what work order. Starter issue was different than what was told to me by the mechanic on work order. Essentially I think the service department and the mechanics are untrustworthy. I will never return my vehicle to Harrold Ford again

I went down to Harrold Ford after being very disappointed in the service that Future Ford provided to me. The pushy sales tactics and lack of an attention span put me off.

I arrived at Harrold Ford and I was greeted by Kyle who happens to be the most easy going salesman I have met. He had a really good vibe to him. I explained that I don't like dealing with salesmen and he completely understood. We discussed that there would be no hoodwinking.

I eventually drove a very pretty Mustang GT Performance Pack 1. I fell in love with the car, we discussed our options on the car. I drove it and he allowed me to drive how I wanted, he didn't influence any part of the test drive. He didn't tell me to step on it like most salesman do.

The car was very pretty and had a few scratches but Kyle was very attentive and discussed with his manager on how we could get it resolved. Kyle and his team did such a good job through the whole process. This is the type of energy all dealerships need. Focus on your customers and not the numbers.

If any Ford executives or any Harrold Ford managers are reading this, you guys did an amazing job with the Mustang GT and with hiring Kyle.

Charles (Gumby) and Tom helped me search for an F350 that had the features I desired. After a few weeks of looking (my looking too) found it was easier to grab one off the lot vs. dealing with other dealerships. Had a few extras's we didn't need but can honestly say it's an awesome truck! What a driving difference vs. my 2011 F-250 which is still an sweet truck. Will be back for sure!

Best dealerships in Northern California. I came in to trade in my old fusion. Which i didn't think was possible to get of my old loan. Awesome guy Gummy online sales manager . Finance guy Brian and Chris sale guy Lance made the deal happen. I will be coming back they won my business for life !!! Got My new 2016 ford fusion with lower rate and payment. I never thought in my life going dealerships I would enjoy it plus having a 8 month baby with but I did .. They are truly best dealerships because they care of customers experience,plus they take time to make you feel like family. Few days later receive a postcard with the picture I took with my new card in the mail . I have to say is best customer experience ever!!! Thanks I love my car! !!!!

Took car for service with instructions to check front end noise. Didn't even top off power steering fluid. I hope the oil was actually changed. Still makes front end noise.

They added the wrong motor oil in my car and I asked them to check up a rattling sound in the trunk and they just ignored that.
This was my first service with my new car but will for sure not go back here.
Even with an appointment it took them 2h to do a simple oil change

Best car buying experience i have had by far! I purchased a new car from them this week and the staff was super honest and helpful through every step from working with me on my trade in to the finance paper work. I highly recommend checking them out if you want a pain free experience and trusting sales department, which is hard to come by when buying a car.

Bought my car there over 3 weeks ago. Some how the pay off of my trade in was not correct. So get a call from Kevin McBride stating I owe an additional $208.60 I pay it but in my opinion why are you just finding this out over 3 weeks later. And very rude about it. Will never do business at this dealership again poor customer service. He's response I didn't do your paparwork yet he's calling me for the money. My opinion the deal was done : weeks ago. Will never buy a car here again.

Needed new batteries for the remotes for my new to me Ford Explorer...recently bought it - used - and find out both remotes have low batteries. A quick call to my Service Advisor - Chuck Higgins who has me come in and while I'm waiting he switches out the batteries of both....in less than 10 I have two working remotes and I'm on my way. Always great service from Chuck. He's the reason I continue to have both my Fords and those in the past serviced at Harrold Ford...

I did not expect to buy a vehicle in the middle of a pandemic, especially a brand new one at that. Inventory was extremely low for the vehicle I wanted and demand was very high. After weeks of searching, lots of dead ends and a few times being taken advantage of Harold ford and David Dahle were a breath of fresh air. He was honest, easy and fast in his communication and even got me a great price on the vehicle he happened to have in stock making the process extremely quick and painless compared to the weeks of searching that were seeming to drive me nuts. My family and I appreciate all the help David gave us!

Biggest group of do-nothings I've ever heard of, in my life. They've had our vehicle for over a few weeks now and we aren't only still waiting, but they seized our engine...they had to replace the whole thing! We went to another ford to get it checked over after they said they were done and it's still not ready. Save yourself headaches and just avoid this place all together! 0 stats. Negative stars.

Service - Called for same day diagnostic. Spoke to Jim, he was helpful and could provide an estimate of time it would take. He didn't beat around the bush just to get us in like Downtown Ford did. What he said would happen did. The diagnostic and and fix were done without inconvenience of not having a truck for days. Thank you Jim!

Went in for the "works" service before a holiday weekend. Found an oil spot in my parking spot and saw oil dripping from my car. Oil plug was barely tightened. Complimentary service was offered as recompense, but if you can't tighten an oil plug the first time there's no way there will be a next time.

Ordered a fuel pressure sensor for my 6.7 powerstroke, they gave me the wrong sensor then would not accept returns on "electric parts". Package is unopened and unused. Sticking to Rockauto,Ebay,Amazon from now on.

The most wonderful customer service after my explorer broke down and needed some work done. We needed help quick and I cant say enough about how well they took care of us!! They were very quick at fixing my explorer and I feel like we were very well taken care of. I will only be taking my explorer to Harrold Ford in the future for any needs I have! I would Highly Recommend!

Excellent! Service and sales are the best I've ever dealt with, no pressure, I've bought 4 cars and two trucks from them over the years and even had some things fixed that were not covered under warranty and they did it for free. Try them out.

Service department was beyond rude and mean regarding the recall on my car! Not helpful nor compassionate to the fact i cannot drive my car. Their suggestion was to "tape my car door shut" until they get around to fixing it. I will never take my car here.

After having a very bad experience at Future Ford of Roseville, we decided visit Harrold Ford. As we arrived to the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised to see a completely different environment. The staff was super friendly.
We were approached by a Salesman named Robert. Robert was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We felt that he truly cared about us and what we were looking for. He was not rushing us and took his time getting to know us.
He exceed his expectations. He found a ford explorer from a different location and brought the car to Harrold ford. He was very patient and not pushy at all.
Robert found us our ford explorer, and we love it! We are extremely thankful for the great service and experience. It was the best purchase ever.
I would definitely recommend Robert at Harrold Ford!

The service department did a good job on my car an...

The service department did a good job on my car and really helped me out. It needed repairs that were covered under the warranty. Chuck is the mechanic who helped me with my car and he helped me make arrangements with getting a temp car to drive while mine was in the shop, this included getting Ford to pay for the temp car since my car's repairs were under warranty, and he made sure my car was available in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is that I had to specifically ask for the temp car while mine was being repaired- I feel that all customers should be offered this even if they don't know to ask because if it is available then I think it is fair that everyone is given the same care, but that is a management issue, as for the service department mechanics themselves, I have to say they were great. Chuck went out of his way to get my car back to me as soon as possible and he explained in detail what was wrong with it as well as explaining that Ford extended the warranty on my type of car. Ford showed me that they do stand behind their product and Chuck showed me that this is the Ford location that I need to refer to my friends.
