The best dealer in town. Jerry Torres a young man help me with the process , he is friendly and the most important thing he will do anything that is on his hands to help you with everything. I strongly recommend Harrold ford to buy your car. Jerry Gave me a ride home to get some paperwork that i need it to make the car deal. I dont have words to describe how good he is with customer service. I felt great making business with him. He is professional at the same-time understands buying a car cant be stressful. This Dealership just the same as the rest, scandalous!! This Labor Day Sale is bogus!! Typical bait and switch! Even the General Manager was unprofessional and quite rude! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle here!!!

Took a while for someone to come out but it was nice to not be bombarded. The lady was polite, answered our questions and then we went. They did not have a flex which is what we came there to see but the new explorers were nice and we found out they will have a hybrid at the end of the year.

Was given false information about the process by the manager but the car salesman was great. Unfortunately i didnt get to drive off with a car but service was fare.

Came here over the weekend with my friend. He was looking for a F150 4WD V8. We had gone to Future Ford earlier in the day and had an AWFUL experience with rude salesmen who were trying to push the ecoboost which my friend very clearly stated he didn't like. We left and came over to this Ford dealership and worked with Gumby. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever seen. My friend told him what he wanted and Gumby delivered! He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell him on anything he didn't want. I've been helping my friend look at cars for a WHILE now so this was incredible. My friend bought his truck that night and couldn't be happier. This is the place to go. Ask for Gumby.

It probably is a good service dept. but I made appt. and when I got there they said your not going to get in until the afternoon. They should wait until remodel is complete to take appt. on line.
