Terrible customer service. Item says ships today. It has been ten days. Still no shipping. I call customer service and it is a third party call center who can't even look up my order and give me a status. I leave my number for someone to call back and no one calls back. Where is my stuff?

Customer Service is terrible. Woman by the name of "Julie" gave me an attitude after I, the customer, had issues with applying promo code on the website. Apparently, this site thinks their promo code offerings are perfectly valid based on a technicality when the email doesn't state "next online purchase." Your promo code usage will not work on the website at all. Can you please tell me why they send out promo codes via email for people OUT OF STATE to use if they will not honor it online? Please stay away from this company. Shady business practices like this are no good to the consumer. I will not recommend this business. Stay away.
Unfortunately, I have bought over a thousand dollars of goods from Achoo in the past. When I called to ask some questions about bedding, the male representative I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to another representative and when I did, the new rep(Julie) reluctantly told me that the first rep's name was Amber, as though to try and cover up the identity of the rude rep who was obviously a male. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and when I did, he didn't seem too concerned that his call staff was discourteous and unhelpful. After a quick google search, I found that Achoo is actually quite a bit on the expensive side for what they sell. I will be buying my allergy bedding elsewhere. I also found that bedbugsupply website has bed-bug proof mattress covers that are "FDA registered as a Class I Medical Device" and have a 10 year warranty instead of Achoo's 2 year warranty. As for the discourteous representative, if you don't like answering phone calls, then go find another job. Have a nice day!
I made two orders over a month ago and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to their customer service over 4x and although I get an immediate response, it is always unhelpful. You get told that the agent has escalated the issue to the team and that it is of highest priority, and someone will get back to you. But they don't. And then you reach out again and they ask if you checked your spam, but you did, and nothing is there. And then the cycle repeats. I have now escalated the matter to my credit card company to dispute the transaction.
It's not the end of the world, but I'm writing this review to spare you the hassle. Especially if you were, like me, ordering air purifiers because of the fires on the west coast. If it were a t-shirt that's one thing, but I don't want others' health to be jeopardized because of shady business practices.
I placed an order that seemed to have vanished after my cc was charged. No help from customer service. " we will get back to you" "moving warehouses" "we will get back to you" "Leave a message, Messages full" "we will get back to you, we opened a ticket" "We will be sure to get back to you" 5 days after my first call, I demanded refund, then "Ok but I am just the answering service but I will send the message" That was the only human voice I ever got in 5 days of trying.
It has been almost 2 weeks and the company refuses to provide any information. I spent over $300 and initially they didn't even provide an order confirmation email. After multiple attempts at contacting them, they finally emailed an invoice that said it provided shipping details, but there was no information regarding the courier or a tracking number. The invoice didn't even provide the total dollar amount charged. This site seems like a scam. I'm requesting a refund.
Amber was not very nice or helpful on phone and when came into store, she was so rude and unhelpful. I have been a patron here since it's inception and to be treated so horribly is so disappointing. Those that work in this type of store need to realize they are working w people with a chronic condition and try to be helpful. I know this store has lots of helpful items for those w severe allergies and sinus problems.
