I have never had better customer service anywhere, and I went to Future Ford of Sacramento to SELL a car. Normally, I would have tried to sell it privately, but I've become a full-time caregiver to a very ill family member so I just didn't have the time to do that. Daniel Green followed up, but never used high-pressure tactics, and when I told them I simply didn't have the time and energy to negotiate, they honored that. I feel like they gave me a fair price and they seemed happy to do it. I have NEVER walked out of a dealership feeling like everyone got what they wanted and needed until today. They even gave me a ride home! I'll go there first when I'm ready to buy again, and I'll ask for Daniel! Thank you so much, Future Ford!

Jose and Lisa are awesome. Showed up without an appointment and was able to get my oil change and 60k service done within 2hrs. Always great service here and the people really work hard to make you happy. I never take my care anywhere else.

Great sales person, Tri Hua, who asked what my needs were and then found the F150 I was looking for. Received some decent discounts and didn t have to haggle over purchase price. My sales person had everything ready to sign without having to hang around the showroom. Overall a great experience and I d recommend these guys if you re looking for a vehicle. I truly have to say and believe that Tri was more interested in helping me find what I was looking for than making the sale.

I live 2 1/2 hours away! The excellent help I received from Travis Vicklund the Internet Sales Manager, as well as from Alex Panchenko, the Internet Sales Director ahead of time, long distance, made me feel confident that this was the place to buy my car. Travis helped me find the car I wanted and needed in an efficient, helpful, non pushy way. Alex helped me with financing otions long distance so I knew what I was getting into in advance. Even John Dunlap, the Finance Manager, was jovial, friendly, and didnt try to push extras on me that I didnt want or need.
The atmosphere in the show room was bright and joyful! I have never experienced this at a car dealership before! I feel that this dealership is intentional about making the buying experience for customers a great one. I trust them!

Although our salesperson Pam was great, I am not so thrilled with my new Ford Ranger XLT Sport. I am concerned about the ride quality on the freeways. It feels like it wants to fishtail or sway on certain parts of the freeway. This feeling is very unnerving and I am concerned about my safety as well as my passengers. I called service and they told me this was normal. I have never experienced this phenomenon on any other vehicle.

Very awful experience! Never been pushed more to get a car in my life! Also they didn t have any clue what they were doing with paperwork and almost charged us $6000 extra for something they didn t take care of. Then after 2 1/2 months of having new car that passed their supposed inspection we needed to get a new battery that wasn t even covered under the warranty and had to pay $200 for a new battery!

I have never purchased a new car because of how people refer to the "car salesman" until I went to Future ford on Madison and 80. The guys there were great. My salesperson was Brian Fimbres and he was very informative. He took the time to help me decide what was right for me and being as though I am VERY indecisive that took some time, but not once did I feel like I was being rushed or like he was just trying to get the sale. THANK YOU future ford, I LOVE my new fusion!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: They were able to help us get the car repairs covered and the warranty fixed. I believe they sold us the wrong one, anyhow... We got our rental car which is OK, but no substitute for the car that I was driving. The car rental agency only said we were going to have the car for three days... BUT, we werent told that the car would be fixed by that time. SO... were waiting to make sure that all the promises were honored... Verbal agreements you know! They seem to be trying to :"make it right' BUT... There wee a few fake smiles exchanged. I think this caused trouble at the dealership, and all we wanted was an alternate car like the warranty said and the car we bought fixed. They said that they would take care of the deductible and even gave me some gas... So .. its possible I might not say horrible things about them forever..

I'm starting to have a really bad experience with these people. If they fix their issues with me, I'm willing to post a rebuttal, but as of now they have lost my business. I personally hate at least three of the Managers. No one gives a damn about you after you buy the car, and if they sold me a lemon, which its looking like they did.... I will have to take them to court. They didn't care today when I went in and explained that I am car less... I had to register my car that I had for sale, and go to the DMV ... That is a hassle. I have the best warranty they offer... They said "I was in good hands". That remains to be seen.

I highly recommend asking for Lee Peebles! I'm currently disabled and riding in a car has been beyond painful for me, so when my Mom was looking for a new car we needed to find the car that would be the most comfortable for me to ride in. We talked to so many different sales people but all it seemed like most cared about was selling any car to any person in order to get a commission, but Lee was totally different. It really felt like he wanted to help us get the right car for us, and the best most comfortable car for me. He didn't know us at all but he treated us like family. So if you want a caring and honest sales person to help you find the best car for you ask for Lee Peebles! Good luck!!

My brake pedal was going to the floor on my way to work. I pulled into Future Ford on a Monday morning without an appointment and Andy Chacon got me right in. He was able to find a recall on the defective power brake assembly and had it replaced at no charge the same day. Very much appreciated. Andy was great to work with!

Future ford of Sacramento is the best. Our salesman Lino took care if us over the labor day weekend. Great food and great service. We actually enjoyed our time there. We were in and out and everything went smooth especially with how busy it was. Our experience was great. I will definitely recommend people and family to Lino and Anthony. They treated us with respect and didn't feel pressured at all!!!! Love the dealership !!!!

The whole experience was awesome. They knew exactly which Mustang I wanted. I received a call within minutes of the vehicle arriving at the lot. It hadn't even been fully prepped and they let me do a substantial test drive. Kyle was very accommodating by letting me take pictures of old and new cars together, explaining features, and making sure all details were handled to my satisfaction. Trade in negotiations and financing were very equitable and fair. The whole staff was a pleasure to do business with. That's why I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership.

Appointment booked online. Show up on time. Sit in...

Appointment booked online. Show up on time. Sit in my car for 10+ min in service bay. No customer service. Have to get out of my car and actually look for a service advisor. (There's like 6 sitting at their desks) Person finally comes out and regardless of making my appointment with another service advisor, they go ahead and help because. Well commission.. so we stand there with my baby in the middle of service drive , while this guy gets my vin and then goes to get my info from inside while my baby and I are still standing outside. There was no comfort About arriving here. No coffee , water , or even a seat for that matter. I state the problem I brought my car in for and then also state another problem it is having with tires, the service advisor says that other problem seems fine, even though he hasn't drove my car or heard the problem. Apparently he's the tech - this issue was never addressed again. Actually the car was never really looked at as most service advisor dealerships do.

So, after a 15-20 min process of standing outside with my baby. We finally get to go inside. Where we are immediately upsaled due to mileage on my car (which was talked down upon multiple times ) ya know replace everything but why i actually brought my car there in first place. So we were rushed through this process and then had to direct ourself to some sort of waiting area. The waiting area was not comfortable and cozy. There was no refreshments or anything. It was old and outdated. 4 star dealership ? Why not put a couple hundred in some new waiting furniture. We actually had to find it and were told to "wait down there" by advisor. We wait there until we get a ride home.

So after 6 hours of dropping my car off , I decide to call due to the fact I have heard nothing about it. It hadn't even been looked at. 6 hours... and miraculously it gets looked at right away, and found the one issue I knew was wrong. But nothing else was address due to "time " I ask for an oil change, ya know something I was advised to have done on my car from the advisor prior, but they now don't have time to change my oil. Given the fact they had my car all day , you would think this could be done. Nope. The part got changed in 30 min. The job was a paid 3 hours. Over priced. The hourly rate was the most I have ever paid for a small repair. The "complimentary inspection " was a joke. It's obvious that none of that stuff was actually looked at , given the fact my change oil light was on and dinging but the tech never took note of the fact the car needs an oil change! But they recommend I re build the entire car but the oil that they didn't have time for. Tire issue wasnt addressed. Car was ready less than an hour after I called and had to ask about my car. Mostly because I was ready to take my car elsewhere.

So why 1 star?
Bad customer service. Bad communication to customer. Lies to customer about what was instepcted. SUPER overpriced for a Ford dealer. Could not do the work asked to do but has no problem putting on a part in 30 min and charge you for 3 hours labor plus keeps your car the entire day for a 30 min job.

Point is - left the dealer with dirty oil, noisy tires and a incredibly high bill. Never to return to this service Dept again. Wouldn't recommend

Very easy to make an appointment and great service. Brought my F-350 in for 20k service at 0900 and was told it would be ready by 5pm. I asked Carlos if there was anything that could be done since I had to be in Vacaville at 530pm and he said he would do his best. I got a call from Carlos at 115pm stating that my truck was ready to go. If you do go there ask for Carlos.

I've had the same Ford Focus for 12 yrs. It has over 230k miles on it and it runs like a champ with no check engine light; running on the original Motor, transmission and Clutch. All because the only person I let look at my Ford is Kevin Palmer at Future Ford.

Brandon was out of the office but contacted me as soon as he returned. Brought the car in and thank God the water pump was under warranty. He even gave a decent deal on a new radiator fan. The new manager also contacted me and made amends. He said the service department will no longer be run the way it has, lots of changes were being made, and apologized for the previous experiences, although none were his fault. He was sincere. I may actually consider giving the service dept another chance based on these last 2 customer service experiences. **

I've had 2 different fords and have been going to this service center since 2009. First ford a/c was repaired under warranty and never got cold like it was supposed to. Each time I questioned it, they told me it was working fine. 2nd Ford, was told I had an oil leak and needed engine mounts. Took it in, didnt need engine mounts so I wasnt charged, but did need an oil pan gasket. After repairs, was told I had an oil leak, from one month after repair to every time I brought it in for an oil change. Every time I'd question it, I was asked to pay for a diagnostic even though it was just repaired. Finally reached out to Brandon and he had it looked at and turns out there wasnt a leak. Was told I needed rear brakes, took it in only to be called and told it doesn't need rear brakes. Had the water pump changed and the temperature gauge never sat the same, used to be right below the half line, after repair it would sit above the half line and sometimes rise a little in traffic but never actually run hot. Any time I question repairs I get pushed off. Recently I had the radiator fluid exchanged and the following weekend the car started running hot on long trips. Left a message for the service advisor, have not heard back. Had the front brake pads replaced, and had to take it back in because the pads weren't put on correctly! Not to mention the ridiculous upsale for oil changes. Once I brought it in for the $39.95 works oil change package and a blonde female advisor tacked some extra charge on and it was $50 something. When I asked why she said it was the "Free" towing package they gave me at the last oil change that I never signed up for. What the???? I didn't know free had a price tag. I'm still waiting to hear back on the last repair, after that I will no longer take my car here.

Came in to future ford to check out some cars and possibly buy my first car off the lot. Having always dealt with private dealers I've always been reluctant to go to a dealer. I ended up falling in love with an F150 right in my price range. I was helped by a gentleman named Adrian Drago who made the whole process completely seamless. I didn't feel pressured at all and ended up getting a great deal. I will continue going to see Adrian at future ford for upcoming purchases.

The worst car dealership I have ever been to.
I drove my friend here to switch out his 2014 ford focus that he purchased from this dealership. He was trying to switch out his car due to multiple Ford recalls. It had locked up on him while he was driving and had almost crashed at a light. He now feels unsafe in this car and Future Ford doesn't seem to care about the issues with the car. The floor manager was beyond rude right from the start. It is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer anywhere. Prior to coming to the dealership he had spoken to a sales rep on the phone who had told him they would buy back his car and get him into something better. They denied that he had the call with the representative. The only person at the dealership who was helpful and polite was the salesman, Gino. Everyone else tried to sweep the problem under the rug and say that it's his/Ford's problem that his car has recalls not Future Ford. If they are going to back Ford's products, they should take responsibility as well. Would recommend to avoid this dealership at all costs

J is by far one of the best salesman me and my gf have dealt with. Up front and honest, not a vulture. He actually cares about your car buying experience. We purchased a 2013 Ford Focus hatchback model that went bad back in 2014 and when we came in to get it serviced we walked out with a better more reliable 2018 Ford Escape with little down. He does not make you feel pressured to buy. Go check him out, tell him Chris from the Marines told you to come in. Thanks J for all you do, I ll be in for my mustang next year!!
