Specifically the service department. They literally tried to lie and tell me after looking me up that I had no coverage when my brand new car I purchased from them started having issues. Then they claimed i didn't have oil change coverage when i do until the nearly the end of 2020 and lastly my mustang had large amounts of smoke coming out of tail pipe .so I called them with a simple question.. what is my car covered for..? After the employee repeated that he couldn't answer that unless I came had work done then they could determine if i had coverage of not I'd ower them 180 for just checking.. I then asked him again so you can't just type my name in and tell me what my car is covered for unless I pay you ? I'm literally asking you to do just that. ...just....that. I'll be going to another dealership from now on. They are more concerned with getting whatever money out of you they can than actually helping you. I normally wouldn't complain but this is the third time I've had an issue. I've barely had this car a damn year
