Unsatisfied guests was the theme of my stay. I was complexly blind sided by the lack of care I was presented with while staying at Harrahs. I do not think I will ever stay there again. It was just one problem after another and I was not the only one having the same issues.Manager James Brown Is a bully whom uses his position of power to look down upon guests when having a bad day and to treat us paying customers with so much disrespectful is just unacceptable. Shame on you! I can and will spend my and my company's money else where. Hard rock is newer and from what I hear the better option.
