The rooms we re staying in looks beautiful, but that s the only good thing about this place. The service at Harrah s Resort in AC is terrible! The concierge is not helpful at all! We reserved two rooms and requested that our rooms would be placed beside each other. When approaching our floor we then realized they gave both of our parties the same room number. Once we entered one of our non-smoking rooms we immediately noticed it smelled purely like an ashtray!! It was terrible!! After returning to the concierge to present our two issues, her solution was to provide us with an air purifier. Seriously?! I asked her if she could switch our rooms and her response was We only change the guest rooms under extreme conditions . So the fact that it smelled like someone smoked boxes and boxes of cigarettes in a non-smoking room that my asthmatic sister was going to be staying in was not considered an extreme condition to move her?!?!?! This lady did not care to accommodate us at all!! She didn t even apologize for the inconvenience. Her look and tone showed how much she did not care to work with us. I never seen anything like it. After going back and forth with her for what felt like forever, I finally requested to speak to a manager because I was not getting anywhere with her. She left and we waited for a while and when she came back she finally switched both of our rooms. I couldn t believe it took me having to request to speak to a manager for them to fix THEIR PROBLEM. This place is definitely crossed off my list. Unfortunately it was non-refundable so we have to stay. If it wasn t for that I would of left and made reservations at another hotel immediately. This is the worst time EVER!!! This place doesn t care about their guest!! Don t even bother coming here!!
