I had the worse experience during my stay here at Harrah's. Both of my credit cards were billed for 100 hold after I gave the receptionist the correct card that I placed in his hand and asked him to use for the 100 hold. He then split 100 fee that's charge for the room. He took money from both credit cards which cause me to have to pay a 28.00 overdraft fee because of the employee negligence. I spoke with the manager who admitted it was error done by Harrahs but I still have to wait 7-10 business days for the funds to be put back into my accounts in which 1 of the credit cards should not have been billed at all. I will never do business with Harrah's again.
