Nice stuff and good location if you want to stay in Kuta

Ok it's good. Comfortable. And also beautiful when night come.

Some say the rooms are small and dated, but I don't mind. It is cozy and clean enough for my stay there. The breakfast was great, and other facilities were good. A five star from me.

The place is very comfortable, especially the swimming pool is wide ...

Not far from Kuta beach .. just by walking a few minutes it arrived .. the hotel rooms are clean, cold .. the service is good.

Huge swimming pool, spacious room, great selections of food for breakfast, good for family and value for money.

They have about 5 kind of pools in one place, with man-made sands (I think. The shower and toilets are a step above other places. Downside is you have to pressed the button every 5 seconds for the water. It can be crowded on the weekend but with the amount of pools that they have and the huge area for it, there is always a place to swim without colliding with others.

From the name alone it is cool, especially the hotel itself. Rooms and amenities are great.
The location is very easy to reach and close to Kuta beach which doesn't just cross.

The staff is friendly and the security is also home.
Very classy and for those of you who want luxury, try this one-in-one hotel

I've met several problems while staying in this hotel but I would like to confirm that your Duty Manager has already met me in person regarding my unpleasant experience and follow up some problems.

Great hotel with great view and location. Their pool is good, enjoyed alot. They had timings for different pool activities. So check and try to enjoy each.
I had a room on 1st for one night and ground floor for next two nights. Service is very good. Room was average, ground floor room was still better. During check-in they provided a voucher for 30% off for ala carte full body 60min massage. And 20% off for romantic dinner (but booking to be done one day before)

One of the best hotels on the strip. Very clean, lots of pools, very friendly staff who are always wanting to go the extra mile for guests. Big hotel feel with lots of shopping and restaurants inside. I would definitely stay here again, and again and yet again. 15/10 Hard Rock Hotel well done.

Obsessed with the pool. It has so many activities for families and everyone, my fav being the cabanas and the pool bar. Staying here was good and you get a free photoshoot with every stay which was nice. The place is large and have many facilities- gym is small but okay. It's very close to everything - the beach is just outside and close to restaurants and bars!

One of the five-star hotels in the Kuta area, Bali. The hotel entrance is right on Jalan Raya Kuta. So that tourists who have planned visits around Kuta, this hotel could be an alternative place to stay. Spacious rooms available are classified as spacious, very fitting for family visitors.

Fantastic facilities. Kids love all the activities. Great pool areas, with beach and sand. Rooms are a little dated but we'll kept. Have seen plenty of on going improvements, but feels like it needs more than just a lick of paint.

Where the pool is big and the music is there. It is a place where you can make a difference with nearby hotels. Next time I come to Bali, I will choose this place again. The minor problems of the facility (some room noise) are not a problem for the pool. We also play for the kids in the pool.

I loved the hotel and my kids enjoyed it the most. I loved renting the cabana near the swimming pool so the parents can relax while their kids are enjoying the pool.

If you are with children, the best hotel, as it is known, is not in a good condition, but it is the best hotel for children who love swimming. Four slides are best for kids and adults !!

There are rooms that smell in the room because of the long hot water. But the pool is nice too and the staff is kind. I like the amusement facility where the kids can play.

One of the best entertainment venues in Bali located on the edge of Kuta beach. For live show music lovers, you can just come here while drinking / drinking accompanied by a classy live music presentation! The sound is okay ... the place is quite exclusive ...!

Excellent location right on Kuta Beach. Amazing pool area, with slides, bars, sand and toddler's pool / playground. Rooms are a bit dated but well appointed. Our toddler loved the playground, tabu toddler's room and feeding the fish when she wasnt in the pool. Breakfast buffet is great and they made me gluten free pancakes and toast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Amazing facilities for families.

Decent hotel with good kids club and nice location on Kuta beach. Reasonable size rooms but food and drinks very expensive. That said there are plenty of decent bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel, including the on-site Jamie's Italian.

For me, this hotel gives a lot more than what I paid for. The rooms are spacious, clean, with complete bathroom equipment. The staff is also friendly and alert in serving. If you want to go to Kuta Beach, just cross the road.

The most WOW about this hotel is the swimming pool. This pool only opens at 8 am or later, so it's a bit too late if our purpose of staying is for work. But it is perfect if the goal is a vacation.

The pool is very large, consisting of several parts that are continuous. The average depth is about 1.5 meters for a large pool, but much shallower for a children's pool. There is a part of the pool which is basically sand, so we feel like playing on the beach, but it's cleaner of course. There have been several adult launches. In the children's pool, the toys are many and quite varied. In some parts of the pool, there are speakers under the water, so we can swim while still listening to music.

In the afternoon, the staff entertains with dancing and singing, as well as inviting visitors who wish to join. There is a pool bar too, so you can order a drink while relaxing in the pool.

The place is convenient, close to Kuta Beach and the airport, but the price is 'OK' (check the traveling application).

Awesome place, they are very clean, their upkeep is amazing. They have amazing amenities, kids club, rock climbing, recording studio, big kids chill out room with pool tables, video games etc, own cinema, bar and live bands, restaurants, spa amenities, gym, freezing air conditioning which is highly recommended in Bali. They are central to everything.
I took 1 star off because we did the exclusive celebrity upgrade package which meant we got VIP pool access, free cocktails, free sweets, special alacarte breakfast etc,
IT WAS AMAZING, WE LOVED IT, we asked the staff what was done with leftovers and they said they were thrown out, I don't think that's good enough for such a wealthy hotel to do that in such a poor country, I wish that they could give the food to staff for their families or donate it to the poor etc...

Fantastic staff and hotel location. In the midst of Kuta action! Skip Resturant at entrance as they have a horrible band and say they are not part of the hotel so you can not sign bill to room!?

Despite all kinds of bad reviews, I am staying for 2 nights.
Is it because I did not expect anything at all? I'm fine. I like a 7 year old too. The staff is very friendly too. Bedclothes dampness is inevitable in the Kuta area. When I go swimming or when I go out to eat,

4 star hotel (with excelent service) with "unusual" 4 stars hotel's guest. Cut the queue, talk so loud at the reception room, almost take a fight at the lobby hotel with the local taxi driver and you will see clothes hanging on the balcony from your balcony's room (maybe no money for laundry).

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom had to be increased again. The service was not satisfactory, it wasn't according to request, instead the pool view was given a garden view, .

It's a great place with a very helpful n smiling staff.. But as a vegetarian there were not many options in breakfast menu. It's just across the kuta beach so location is fine with all the shopping n eateries nearby..

All SKG facilities must be paid again. It was free ... Even though this is my favorite place ...
