The place is in front of Kuta beach, there is music live inside, good room. Perfect.

A hotel that is comfortable for families and with children. Complete hotel facilities. Swimming pools and water games are the most complete compared to other hotels. There is a Kids club. Staff is friendly. Room service is fast and good. The cleanliness of the hotel room is good. Location near Kuta. The breakfast is quite a lot of choices.

The pool is the best! Near to the beach! Room is very comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection of food. Prices for the room are counted by person, it's very expensive.

If you with your kids. Don't think about anything. Just go there. Perfect location , they have very variety program for kids . Also they makes your all family happy.

No pool in the evening ... cabanas got to be reserved well ahead .... breakfast for European not good .... even the suits are small and dark ....
Area full of traffic if you need a taxi you need to wait long times to go anywhere else

We stayed here for the kids activities. While our son was too young for the kids club he loved the playground in the middle of the pool, and the lifeguards were attentive.

Facilities, location, service and rooms are all ok unfortunately the breakfeast is not suitable for indonesian people ... It also feels bad

Great Facilities, Great Staff. Had a wonderful stay

Depending on the room, the smell of the drainage may be a bit annoying, but there are many activities for children and it is highly recommended for families with children up to elementary school.
You can spend the whole day without going outside.

It is good for stay.But the deluxe room is ok.and not the same as shown on the site.
On the ground floor which is the main area of the hotel ...has only one wash Room that to in an remote area which is time consuming.
I really fail to under why only one wash Room! One important thing to note is they give complementry Photo i.e hard copy. So remember to click it as soon as possible because it takes a day for processing and next day u get the hard copy. If soft copy is required u need to pay... isn't that wired..contradicting complipentry concept.
What if we don't have that much time ?

The service is good. They have sunset point so u need not go elsewhere to see the sunset. Though the kuta beach is near but the ambience of the beach is good compared to saminayak beach. There is no one after 9 pm on the beach. It is on the one way route.

A comfortable place for families, satisfying facilities and services. When going to Bali, you have to stay here again

regarding my last stay at Hard Rock Hotel
1 - The price is exaggerated
2-Breakfast is very bad
3-Loud music throughout the hotel
4 - Balcony does not accommodate one person!
5-There is no ironing table
Finally, my reservation was with a spa voucher and it was not clear that it was a discount of 200,000Rp only !!

Very good for relaxing the weather as close to the edge of the rice fields ....

Quality over price ratio high. Room is bit old but cozy. In room entertainment system good with a number of free/new movies. Main pool is superb to kids. Slides are kids' favorite. Lots of visitors from Korea but no Korean speaking ppl stationed to help them. A lot of complaints from Korean website to this hotel to the linguistic issue. Notwithstanding, it is widely chosen by them for the awesome pool. Haha

We were part of the conference, over all experience was great. However the staff who deals with sales and conference were difficult to deal with and very unique accomodating.

The location of the hotel is close to the beachwalk mall and restaurants, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms is very good and for breakfast Many of the menu choices are delicious and all, the swimming pool is also very recommended.

It s a good place to slip a child. It s very convenient nearby. It s close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is also very good. It s a pity that the room is very soundproof. Not only can you hear the sound of the next door, the TV sound, the voice of the passers-by outside the door, the footsteps of the stairs are also very clear.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Bali is a high calorie that needs an excellent update for children for many activities

Very expensive for Bali, food was OK and cocktails were strong but I wouldn't say I would eat there again although the atmosphere was good.

I have been a Stage Pass Member for two years. I just love bringing my kids to the pool. The have so many activities in the afternoon.

Service is quite good, especially the customer relation.

Parking is usually harder in the weekend.

Very attentive staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is laid out a little strangely but not as bad as some.

Breakfasts are quite good with a wide choice of foods (bacon is always available) and the food that I ordered poolside was also good.

There is a wide choice of activities for children and the pools have something for everyone with a mini water park for the youngest and larger slides for children also available.

Smoking is restricted to several smoking areas but these are all well done and comfortable.

Location is good and the pool kids are good to play with, but as I listened to bedding, I do not know what to do, but I do not know what to do. Oh, but I can not even make one omelet.
