Loved every bit of it,the spa ,the pool ,the papparazi photo ,the live rock shows, evrythng was ausum.

Great Place for Family
The hotel is in a great location, ideal place to spend a whole day in the hotel and spend quality time with family! This is our first Bali trip for kids and we were entertained and happy. This hotel has a great pool area, the staff were friendly and ready to help with any request.

The hotel room was squeeky clean and the staff always had the famous Hard Rock friendliness and hospitality. We felt like valued guests. Really enjoyed staying at the hotel, thank you!

As for tips for future guests: meals at the hotel are delicious but if you really want to experience local cuisine and save some money - there are plenty of restaurants in the area outside of the hotel within walking distance.

We just stayed here recently in February 2019 in a Loft Room. What a great room for a family of four. The whole experience was easy and the staff always made us feel welcome.
The Loft room offered three double beds and the in room free movies were great for relaxing after those long hot days. Also, I was very pleased to see the power points that catered for all plug types. Great touch.
The pool was a favourite of the kids with all its different zones. I highly recommend a day in a cabana by the pool. The food and drinks are a little pricey for Bali and you are not allowed outside food or drinks in the pool area, which was a little disappointing.
We traveled with a 8 and 10 year old girl and boy respectively. The kids club is a little too young for both of them and they were not old enough for Tabu. So they never went to either of them, which was one of the reason we booked here.
The location is great right on Kuta beach with walking distance to most of the major attractions in Kuta and great restaurants all around they were much more reasonably priced.
The provided breakfast each morning was great with a wide variety of food to eat both east and west. I must recommend the Sota Ayam and Chicken Noodle soup at breakfast. That stock is amazing.
Overall it was a great hotel to stay at and fill up on breakfast. Eating lunch and dinner there and having a few refreshments would make it very expensive. Stay here if nothing else for the great family rooms and amazing pool.
Thank you to the staff for making the kids first trip to Bali a great experience.

The hotel is relatively old, for the rooms but the pool is big, the location is good, the breakfast is just normal.

Great pools, very very comfortable bed , love their yukata. Husband love their day bed in the room. Grounds are nice too .. pleasant holiday ambience. A must stay hotel if you visit with family, kids will love it so much, jaw dropping beach pool with sands . Glad that our room already ready by 12pm when check in during Nyepi day. Room with music played when we enter live up Hard rock feeling.
Need revamp for room as carpet already pretty worn out.

On the other hand not impressed with their Starz dinner restaurant. Sent a complaint email during the stay (2 days ago) no respond received until today. How is it possible for this big brand.

I love Hard Rock Cafe, and now I also love Hard Rock Hotel Bali. It has huge swimming pool area, with its water sliding, children pool area, and sandy beach pool. I was stay in Loft Room, it has 3 beds, huge room for children. The staff are nice and professional. It close to the famous Kuta beach, just 5 minutes walking. They have life music every evening in the lobby.

Great for families and kids, great staff, lots of entertainment. Not the usual Bali prices by any means and then a high service charge on top was frustrating. Best thing is you don't have to leave the hotel as it has everything but it's right in the heart of Kuta if you do want to venture out.

One of the better hotel in Kuta. The location is right at the famous Kuta beach. If you are the Hard Rock fan, this is the hotel for you. The beverage price in the hotel is definitely more expensive than those outside the hotel but the ambient make up for it. The room is very comfortable but make sure you remember how to get back to your room especially after a few drinks.

Strategis! Di depan Pantai Kuta persis. Kolam renangnya keren banget! Besar, dan ada pasirnya seperti pantai.

Staff very attentive, very much. Hotel full of activities, with beautiful surroundings. But the room was very dirty, left and old. Pity.

Rooms are old, bathroom not really clean, TV diagonally, breakfast ok, pool for that 1A, staff friendly, many children. For a 4 star hotel overpriced, you pay the fire.
