Common areas of the hotel are quite nice, but the rooms are old and dingy. This hotel is way overpriced for the room quality.

Best pool! Great rooms.. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. The lady with short blonde hair who works in the radio station there is abit up herself, she needs to smile a little! Excellent location, I would definitely bring the family back. It's a shame you have to pay extra for kids club. Food and alcohol prices are expensive, but happy hour is for 4 hours, so all good!

It has a massive pool and a great hotel. Loved it, me and my friends had a good time there. Live band playing in the lobby everyday.

I do not recommend it to people who do not like hard rock music. I am loud because of the sound of live in the cafe from 10 to 12 pm. If you like quiet atmosphere, I do not recommend it. Food courts are also nearby, including fast food nearby, with cafes and bars. If children like to take a dip in water, I would strongly recommend ~~~ But it is not deep in children's pool.

The hospitality is very nice and so is the infrastructure

My room smells of alcoholic drinks, maybe a former guest. all night I couldn't sleep. Plus a bathroom that is not clean. Does not reflect 5 star hotels

The hotel is very pleasant, the service is nice (I mean a nice one) a large selection of food, sensational massage, live music by the pool, artificial beach for children, foam party (children delighted), slides, playground. My only small caveat is a superficial cleaning. Hotel very close to the center of Kuta. Beach across the street. recommend

One of the best hotels on the strip. Very clean, lots of pools, very friendly staff who are always wanting to go the extra mile for guests. Big hotel feel with lots of shopping and restaurants inside. I would definitely stay here again, and again and yet again. 15/10 Hard Rock Hotel well done.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The rooms very comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We chose the Hard Rock because it was across the street from the beach and there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was phenomenal, it had three to four distinct sections, water slides, sandy areas, and a swim up bar.

The food was very good, breakfast had a wide variety.

What really set the Hard Rock apart for me was the staff. Everyone was really friendly and Super helpful. Housekeeping knew my kids liked the towel animals, and made sure they had them every day. At breakfast, one of the waiters remembered me and my family and had a nice conversation every day.

The live music in the center stage bar is awesome, Naqita Band is simply brilliant. Rockshop in the hotel and the cafe right next door.

Very happy vacationing in Bali to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. All staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay here

Wonderful experience, great food, fantastic to see kombucha available. Seriously come in and enjoy your meal in Bali. Duck confit ravioli

Thematic hotel with luxurious facilities. Super delicious food. Cool merchandise. Meeting room that is no less interesting thematic. The pool is so spacious. To Kuta beach just cross the road. He once attended a workshop held at Hard Rock Hotel and was satisfied with the hotel services during the event. Starting from the meeting room which is ok, the internet connection speed is super fast, the coffee break is satisfying and also the food in the restaurant is filling.

We spent new years day as day visitors, paid IDR350k per person and kids under 5 go free. You then get vouchers to the value of your entry to spend on food and drinks. We rented a cabana for the day (they offer different options) they have fund slides, splash water park for the kids and a bar inside the pool. The area closes at 9pm for day visitors. They also offer a free towel service. The staff are super friendly and the food was good as well.

Except the activity, other else needs a lot of improvement

What a wonderful place, new rooms are lovely pools are great along with entertainment.

Good variety of food the best part was kids activities absoloutley fab. My 9 year old made so many friends had so much fun on the beach, at kids clubvthey even had a pyjama party for them.

He said it would be good if there was a football pitch or dry spirts ground.

Staff are constantly cleaning the place is spotless.

Love this place will come again x

Amazing place to spend your sunny days with endless option of bathing suit from Palm Lagoon. Exquisite pool with amazing ambiance, going here is a must.

The loft room is perfect for a family of four.
The staff is friendly.

Rooms in the hotel are very spacious and has large television and music system .
Staff is very friendly
It has a big swimming pool and also opposite to the beach and surfing area.
We can see the people from all over the world.
We had a very fantastic joyful family holiday.

It should not stated as 4 stars as the room and furniture are so old, even the shower has a loud sound. The room is scary and does not worth the amount of what i paid for. Spoiled my holiday mood!

just when i had my passport done and then again lost it upon arrival back in philippines.fun fun fun place !!!!

The reason why we keep coming back to Hard Rock is their location and pool and live band in both center stage n in Cafe. We can drop to drink a beer or two while listening to the band and come back to the room within minutes.
Kids go crazy with the pool, while i love the pool bar. Too bad they don't allow smoking in the pool bar anymore.
Luckily they keep renovating the rooms so that we don't get the same bored old hotel all the time. Breakfast need serious upgrading in term of quality and variety coz it is falling back behind other hotels.

Good international hotel. The place is spacious, directly facing Kuta beach. If the weekend and holiday day the access road is stuck, because of the tourist route. Where to find easy food, near the mall beachwalk. Many cafe cafes. The swimming pool is really good ... Many choices. For kids who like to swim. For guests to swim free, but outsiders are charged.

This is a hotel that really recommends. The location is right in front of Kuta Beach. Overall this hotel is really classy, all facilities, service does not disappoint. Instagramable in every corner. For those who smoke in the lobby, a special room has been provided

Whilst we didn't stay at the hotel itself, we walked around it for a bit & it looked really nice, the lobby & hallways were quite nice & clean, and the pool are looked awesome, unfortunately non-staying guests can't go in though.

The breakfast was very good. The fruits were very fresh. But the ceiling in our bathroom had some water dripping and it was not very pleasant. However, the technicians had come to fix it very quickly and sent a letter of apology. The services are very good.

4 plus grade hotel with secure door lock for every alley entrance to the rooms ... great facilities and amenities ... excellent services and great food also
