The hotel is very clean and well maintained. All staff are very friendly and accomodating, food are great in Starz diner. I could say that the price we paid is worth it. The pool is big and very nice. Highly recommended.
good hotel, the price is also good, really like the facilities of the bluetooth speaker that is pleasantly heard. for music lovers it's perfect to stay here. breakfast is not suitable on the tongue.
Great pool and swim up bar, highly recommended for kids all ages. Rooms are looking tired but amazing beds and pillows! Expensive cocktails but good deals.

Good hotel with nice pool (kids thought this was the best pool). Daily activities, live music, friendly staff and good rooms. During my stay in Bali, Lombok and Gili I slept the best here. Well cared for breakfast and something for everyone (gluten-free breakfast can be requested in advance). Very busy at breakfast (just like Kuta itself ;-) regardless of whether you want to have breakfast at 7 or 10 am. Opposite the hotel you can easily walk to the beach for swimming and / or (body) surfing and there are many shops, restaurants and bars around the hotel. A bit of a shame that money is asked for some things (eg foam party for kids at the pool) while you are already a guest of the hotel. In addition, everything here is well priced (to be expected at a Hard Rock Hotel ;-) but is in stark contrast to other prices in Indonesia.
great! just great. offers everything and is a very big resort with loads of activities for all ages. has slides and water games for kids at the swimming pool areas. they offer cabanas at the swimming pool too. service is marvelous as well as they offer free breakfast which is nice.
they offer a free picture for each room which is a great idea. they also have car service and they got you a car.
great rooms with good space. there are 2 pools in the resort.
overall stay was great and recommended hotel!

The hotel complex is one with a hard rock cafe, and in the front there is the Rock Shop Hard Rock Hotel and Rock Shop Hard Rock Cafe (located separately) which provide a variety of typical Hard Rock Cafe / Hotel souvenirs.
This hotel is an entertainment hotel which is very suitable for families, during the Covid pandemic this is the right time to be able to experience the experience of staying in luxury hotels at very cheap prices. Check the website. Health protocols are also closely watched, from arrival to service at restaurants. Good job.
We booked 4 rooms and stayed from the 25/10 to 31/10 and I must say the service is on another level.
Our stay was both for business and pleasure, which is usually difficult to juggle given we were also escorting our superiors. But the staff made the transitions seamless and smooth.
The health protocols were strict which gave us ease of mind staying during this Covid-19 pandemic. The rooms were also newly furnished and renovated which was a bonus.
We were given special rates and discount vouchers to spend in the hotel facilities. So we did
Dinner at Splash was great. Good food. Ideal portions. And buy one get one promo on beer and cocktails all day and night
We also spent a few nights at the Centerstage bar just within the lobby floor of the hotel. The crowd grew towards the weekend but all was managed well, keeping social distancing among guests. And did I mention buy one get one beer and cocktails? And it's family friendly too. So we could take our kids along to see the show. We had a great server handling our table but I forgot his name (maaf bli ).
Breakfast was handled like clockwork. We had to check in at the restaurant counter, we are then assigned tables...all cleaned and disinfected. Food was served with enormous portions!! But I am most impressed with the friendly and hardworking staff!

I saw them work from a slow weekday morning to a super busy weekend and they never failed to deliver with a smile
During the day and evenings, my kids were ALWAYS in the pool. They loved the massive sandbottom pool and the playground. They were there so long I think they evolved into a fish
My wife and I loved the gym. Practically brand new machines and clean as a whistle. The gym attendant sprayed every machine after each use. Made us feel comfortable being there.
We were also (always) greeted by the super friendly Mr.George and his team everytime we pass the help desk. He makes you feel like you are at home with your own family and friends. I also felt like we've met before, a very familiar voice and gesture. Maybe in Hardrock Times Square or Baltimore Chesapeak Bay? It's a small world!
And last but definitely not least, thank you so much Ms.Ratna Dewi for handling our annoying requests. Thanks for your patience and kind gestures

A strategic hotel in the Kuta beach area, the deluxe twin rooms are also spacious, breakfast is plenty of choice, the pool is plenty, close to everywhere. Lots of photo spots and there is always live music on the hard rock cafe, the hotel staff are also thumbs up

As I can not update my review on Trip advisor for 90 days, I have done so this forum. Initially, I was not happy with the Deluxe room but since changing to the Premium room, my opinion has changed totally. The newly renovated rooms are light and bright and simply beautiful. They have a view over the smaller pool area. I can't fault these rooms. Would highly recommend.
Honesty speaking this is the best hotel in Bali.

Had been there for breakfast. A decent spread. Staffs were not well trained. I was told two different prices from two different people during enquiry. Good ambience.

Rooms are really nice, tad small. It's really expensive here, to stay and to eat. The pools are amazing though. Thought it was a great idea to have games for the kids but for them to participate it is extra cash, usually $15 per child. A bit expensive if you have a few kids.
Should come again and no regreat if you stay here since very near to everywhere including beach to see sunset or sunrise.
Easy access to kuta beach (literally just need to cross the road from the main hotel entry gate). The staff is really caring and attentive towards your need and requirements. They also offered me a free room upgrade as I wasn't satisfied with the room that I had previously gotten. Food is quite good and so is their pool. You get discounts in the hard rock cafe if you are residing in the hotel.

The room isn't big, but it's not small either.
Bathroom toilet design is lacking, if children use it often smells. It is better if the design of the shower, toilet and door is fixed to make it more comfortable and in accordance with its function.
I visit here on 10 p.m. Just want to watch the band at hard rock bar. this is the second time i visited here and still same, excellent! The sound produced by sound system are very clear. Their bartender and other workers are very kind. They have so many foods and drinks. The band always great too. Come here and you will know, cheers! :)
For those of you who learn to swim can be VIP members for a year .... but at 8 o'clock already taburin the same as the staff .... very annoying for those who swim ...
