This place has a great service, room is comfortable especially music player in the room. Pools area are great.

This is a 4 star plus resort hotel, 2.1 km from the shops at Jalan Legian and 7 km from Waterbom Bali. Contemporary rooms with balconies, flat-screen TVs, minibars and free Wi-Fi, direct pool access. Suites include living rooms and access to a private bar/lounge; some have home theaters and/or kitchenettes. Some quarters have sea views. Free parking and breakfast are available. Strongly recommend.

Exceptional hotel with the perfect location. When you walk outside the hotel you will be almost at the beach or in the shopping mall nearby. The hotel is filled with luxurious facilities and excellent service. The hotel has a wide selection of various restaurants and bars and serves a good breakfast with something for everyone. The staff is really helpful and makes sure you have a wonderful stay in the hotel. It doesn t matter if you want to come with your partern, friends or even kids! The hotel is suited for everyone and has different rooms specially designed for kids.

Great pool though the food is very overpriced(40k IDR for a small bottle of water), rooms are nice, kind of small.

Its iconic place...little expensive but one cant value experiences with money. In the evening there will be waiting to getting in...its worth to wait even if its an hour. One will cherish its memories for long time...

Looks like I'll be Rockin''and Rollin' for the rest of my life! It was amazing how the Hard Rock Hotel has contributed so many of the world-class rockers' guitars, sculpturing, lithographs, outfits just... anything you can imagine!

Room: My room was the Kid's Luxury Suite and let tell you... one of the best I had ever stayed in!
Had a bathtub that could fill up to a gallon of water, (literally impossible) had a shower with so much spacing and something to sit on The beds were nice, the outline, pictures were nice just... every single piece of interior!
Bravo Hard Rock, bravo.

Rock Royalty: I had the Rock Royalty deal for every single morning to go to breakfast... and boy was it worth it!
The buffet section was to die for, the staff were very kind and appreciative, just everything to me was amazing to them.
Delicious!

The Pool: Okay listen up, the Hard Rock hotel is deemed perfect for children if they want to do swimming. But fortunately... congratulations! You have picked the perfect location to go to with your family!
Because the pool doesn't have one, not two... but three parts!
1: Water slides (for a thrilling time)

2: Swimming training (just for fun)

3: Water park (most popular in my opinion)

They even have activities throughout the day to let your child partake in. Amazing! Well done Hard Rock!

Sunset Point: Amazing location, to see the sun set. Majestic. You can also see the view from the pool and eat there too!
The food tastes delicious when eating inside or outside. Perfect for friends and family and for seeing the sunset.

Starz Diner: Probably one of the best hotel buffets to go to, not just because of the food, (which is deemed delicious in other means) but also because if you are an Aussie rocker... there's Jimmy Barnes' signed guitar to take a selfie with!
(Selfie is a word that Aussies created so sorry, beat ya to it) Now talking about the food... delicious as!
The buffet theme was just perfect like the Rock Royalty selection but besides, they were created equally.

Centre Stage: Well, if you book at Level 3 (like I did) you would wonder.
"Why do I always hear loud music when I go to sleep?"
Well wonder no more my friend! Because they have it there and there's even a channel devoted to them!
(Channel 2 just after the main channel with all the music Channel 1) You can actually go there to see some of the outfits, drum kits and more in the area, and maybe. If you can get there at the right time... you might catch a live performance! Encore!

Tabu: If you don't know what Tabu is, it's a teen and kids area to go to and it's so much fun! They even have Foosball in there! But seriously if you go into the gaming area, that's where you can get your gaming skills going and your adrenaline flowing. It's a great place to play.

Jamie's Italian: I already know what I'm about to do... mama mia! But seriously, It was amazing!
Not talking about the view itself when you go upstairs but the food! It was very nice!
But why I'm putting Jamie's Italian on my review is because Hard Rock gave me a deal where if I go to this very restaurant... that I had a three course menu voucher!
I could not record all of the food into my greymatter, but my favorites were the Pana Cotta, Margherita Pizza and the delicious gelato. (ice-cream in Italian) Grazie!

Hard Rock Cafe: Come to the Hard Rock Cafe! (Thanks Carole King!) But seriously, it was enjoyable! I really had a surprise at the near end of my holiday to come here... and it was worth it!
The food was delicious with the Kids Cheeseburger, Chips and the Circle of Onion rings!
I really loved with the kids, how they have a guitar plate for serving and get free Haagen-Daas ice cream! So enjoyable! (and delicious)

Well I'm happy to say, that the Hard Rock Hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! To those people who want to book it, you made the right choice, and as always.

Have a rockin' stay!

Came slightly after my official check in time and i had to wait an hour for my room to be ready still. Then when got in the room, there was dead flies on the floor and there was hair in the bathtub. really disgusting. not worth the huge amount of money.

Great for families, very friendly staff. Amazing pool area, cabanas and not overpriced just because its Hard Rock!

being a customer of hardrock cf bali since 1997,they always deliver both at the table and in terms of ospitality. the hotel facilities are well organized, clean and plenty of helpful staff. service is great. pool side is a great alternative to crowdy and noisy kuta beach. Great for family with kids.

A strategic place for those who want to take a walk around the beach of Kuta Bali, really cool really classy with its pool, the food is really delicious for breakfast as well as dinner, but a rather limited parking space makes it difficult for drivers to find a place parking the vehicle, can be input for the management to give more satisfaction so that more visitors are satisfied. Overall, there is a very satisfied price

Awesome for the kids and adults I've never stayed at the same hotel twice but the Hard Rock would be an exception

Completely outstanding hotel stay. Rooms and all dependencies high quality and new. This is a perfect place with attractions for all ages, including recording studio and cinema for kids with bean bags.

Currently on day 12 of my stay. The hotel and staff are very accommodating offering food from both balinese and the usual home food. The pool area is very large and never once had felt crowded. Security are attentive and will so random bag searches both when entering hotel and pool area to ensure guests safety. Some see it as inconvenience but personally I'd rather be safe.

The location in Kuta is great and a short walk to all the restaurants and local shopping centres. WiFi is free and reliable enough around pool area as long as you stay near the main building. Price of food and drinks is pricey as expected with the brand, as such you can get a bottle of sprite for 8,000IDR from a shop less than a minute away when the hotel charge 45,000. I know alcohol is pricey such as a cocktail averaging 175,000 idr.

As visiting on honeymoon we paid for the special indulgence dinner which was very tasty at a set price of 1,350,000IDR. This included a bottle of sparkling wine and although shown as 3 courses actually contained 5 which welcome food and additional desert. You can also choose from 3 locations to have your food at within the hotel grounds. You are given a personal waiter for the night, ours was exceptionally pleasant and we talked with the about balinese culture for over and hour on the night.

Lastly, some rooms are yet to be upgraded and our tour operator had told us they would get us an upgraded room which wasn't avialble once we arrived. Not the hotels fault but would be great to see them all at the Premium standard.

Only minus was that rooms were really dark and lack of places were to dry swimwear etc.

Great hotel for family and children. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Nice view and few steps to famous Kuta beach.

Hotel was able to finally provide a refund because of Covid-19. I empathize with these hotels as I'm sure they are suffering in this difficult time. With that said I'm happy to see Hardrock has done whats right for its guests and we will rebook here when travel from Canada to Indonesia is allowed again.

Hard Rock Reward points can only be used to redeem free night stays and nothing else. I suggest the team to extend the points usage to merchandise or F&B vouchers, etc.

the toilet in the room is clogged, when it is flushed, the water does not flow. hot water in the shower does not fully come out. just cold throughout the shower

This is one of my fav hotel when I visit Bali. There s a pool with warm water inside. The hotel very clean and comfy, the staff are friendly and helpfull.

Nice area, good live music but in my opinion too crowded and touristy. Nevertheless, the nights spent were all satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and clean and there is a medium sized pool area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but a bit crowded for me personally.
