I stayed in a room that has 2 queen size beds. The room is spacious. The bathroom is comfortable, it's just that the classic problem of our bathtub is natural, the drain hole is easily blocked. But deft cleaning service handles it. The swimming pool is very beautiful. All waiters are friendly and ready to help. The taste of my food needs to be increased.

Just across from Kuta Beach, the location is very good, the surrounding is very busy, there are many small shops to go shopping, when you first enter the hotel, it is very spectacular, once you enter, it is the bar, all the staff are very warm and greeted you. Check in is also very fast and won't give you the feeling of waiting. The room was small and a bit damp, but the bed was quite soft and sleepy. When I first booked this room, it was because of the beautiful watering of the advertisement. I felt that the photo should be quite beautiful. I rushed to the scene that night, but in the past, it was closed. I only knew after I asked, only until 5 pm. Just ran, swimming, the pool was big and very fun. There are sand and tile areas in the pool and you can play beach volleyball. You can do spa spas and have a dedicated game area for kids. There is a gazebo by the pool that can be rented for 5k a day. I was very happy to run in the morning and said that I can finally take a water skiing. There is a small waterslide next to it. I can play. When we want to play big, we are stopped. At this time, the waterslide is told to be used only for children and cannot exceed 50kg. At the time of booking, it was not clearly marked, and the waterslide was used to advertise on the Internet. We can't go up to 50kg, and we can't say if we want to take pictures. I feel a bit cheated, and the advertisement is not clearly marked. After checking out, there is no place to wait for. We took the baggage and found a place to sit, so no one would care. The breakfast buffet is great and there are many types to choose from.

beautiful place, had a pleasing during our 3 nights stay. walking distance to the famous kuta beach, took the surfing lesson from experienced surfer just in front of the hotel.

Wonderful experience for the family. Staff all friendly. Pool facilities were so good. Massive pools so you will never feel crowded despite the amount of people.

Hotels for Rock Star. The right place to stay for families or couples. With a large pool and there is a sand island in the middle. Sliding water for kids, rockspa, playland ... and many other facilities. the place is also in front of Kuta beach

I enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is new and tidy and a clean hotel and I liked staying in our room,having the food there and swimming in the pool and the water slide.It was a great stay there.

Thematic hotel whose place is very strategic. In front of the Kuta Beach gate. For music lovers especially electric guitars, they will love this hotel very much. The service is very good, helpful, friendly, and not just 1 or 2 people who are on standby. For all existing facilities, the room rate is quite cheap.
Unfortunately when staying, there are some spots that are under renovation. But not too disturbing, I enjoyed my time at Hardrock Kuta Bali

Staying in the hotel itself all day is already satisfying for the whole family. Location is also great, you can reach the beachwalk mall, legian, etc on foot. Service is also good. Will be back again for sure.

Loved our experience at thus hotel. Was always very clean and full of smiling, happy and helpful employees regardless of what you needed. The memorabilia they have there is awesome as well as expected at all hard rock venues. Whilst we stayed there was one band who played every night, and if it's an insight on all the band's they get then you'll never be disappointed. Located in the heart of Kuta with only a quick stroll into every shop you need.
The pool was awesome. Easy, fun and relaxing way to spend the day - of course by the pool bar!

Great hotel with nice staff and decorations. You ll be able to find a beautiful and relaxing swimming pool and loads of electric guitars around ! You should go and explore for more, highly recommend.

The property is large and awesome. Just opposite to kuta beach. Everyday evening you can enjoy the 'live' band over a drink. Best experience. love to visit again.

Kuta Beach is right in front of you and it's great for surfers! The breakfast noodle was delicious! It is an American Hotel without any sense of Bali (lol)

One of the hotels where I interned during college ... it was great to be able to join the Hardrockers team ... exciting and get a lot of knowledge ... I happen to be in the F & B department (Kitchen) ... miss my friends there ... not just a comfortable place to work but also become one of the favorite accommodations for tourists not only locally even to the country's tigers ... even I think Hard Rock Hotel Bali has become one of the icons in the Kuta beach area ... Happy Rock'n day all

Absolutely top quality in everything. Only downside is the cost, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Food, service, facilities are second to none. Loved my time here, will be back for sure!

Hotels are currently not too expensive because of the pandemic, good breakfast, rooms are also comfortable, there are one or two drawbacks, okay, the important thing is that holidays are not too crowded, the beach front of the hotel is quiet (end of September 2020)

Love this hotel especially the swimming pool facilities

An old building hotel and room, which is undergoing for some renovations while we werw there. The pool and the staff are the greatest assets of this hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet definitely need some improvment.
