We come here every year for a couples massage for our anniversary and it is always amazing. The massage therapists are very good and I always feel incredibly relaxed after every massage. You won't be dissapointed!
The Epsom salt float is amazing. If you have chronic pain, poor health or are just super stressed, go float. You will not regret it. It's astonishing how good it feels and how much it helps.

I'm giving 3 stars because my previous appointments there with Jennifer have been great. She offered me water before and after my massage, and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. My migraines significantly improved and I'm quite sure that was from seeing her every 4 weeks. Now for the negative... I consistently prebooked with Jennifer so I always had an appointment ready. I got a call from the spa letting me know that Jennifer was no longer there. They put me with Clare. When I showed up to my appointment, she was the one who greeted me when I got there and she seemed rushed (I was only 2 minutes late because rush hour traffic). When we got back to the room, she had a pretty good consultation with me, so I got on the table and was ready to relax. That didn't happen. She talked through the whole thing. I was fine at first because I thought it might lessen eventually. It didn't. She even stopped to change the music twice in the middle of the massage. As the massage went on, I tried to be short when she asked me questions (not even related to the massage), and I think that worked a little bit, but I still wasn't able to relax. I won't be going back to her for that reason. On a positive note, her deep tissue massage was great and her pressure was good. I do feel better and not as tight. She just really needs to work on her professionalism.

Scheduled an appointment. They called and told me the accidentally double booked. This would be okay if we weren t already on our way (living 40 minutes away). This would have been my first visit and now I ll never go back or recommend them! Beware!

This spa is wonderful from the minute you step inside the door. Very comforting low lighting, soothing music and the staff was amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed a dual jacuzzi and massage and it was perfect!

Angie the director of H.I.H. has been very attentive. I would highly recommend Nicole for a massage and facial - I am addicted to her services. I'm so gosh darn excited! I've never had a spa day before and have one scheduled about 4 weeks away from my due date - so it will be very special and a celebration before my first baby is born . Angie helped me use my massage credits and gift certificates in order to put together a 4 hour delightful day. I feel very nurtured and lucky to have these treatments.

I've never been to a more professional but yet relaxing place! The staff is super nice, and there is not enough room on here to tell you just how awesome the owner is. Wahneta Dimmer is anything but dim. She is brilliant and vibrant. Personally, I am a skeptic. I won't believe anything till I've seen it or experienced it. Before meeting Wahneta and experienced just how in tune she is with the universe, I would have said I don't think that's even possible.
I've been to physical therapist, ENT, and my family practitioner, none of which helped me one bit. They just wanted to charge me a lot of money and push drugs down me. The majority of what was going on with me is either already corrected, almost healed or is in the process. Before seeking medical attention for pain pills or whatever, please take the time to visit Wahneta. She is exceptional!

Ms Melinda Collins took absolute amazing care of me making sure that I was comfortable on the table. Melinda did an awesome job I felt so much relief not only in my muscles but the bad pain near tailbone that was making it really hard to walk. I would 100% recommend Hands in Harmony. It is a nice quiet, clean and relaxing place with great customer service.

First off the bat, you are guided to perhaps the best waiting room I've ever been in, due to the calming effect of the crystals and light music. I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes for Connie Quaas, who was my skin aesthetician. She was quite polite, inviting, and made sure I was comfortable. The dark lit room along with the quiet soothing music made it very easy to relax prior to the start of the facial. The products that were used on my face were very gentle and non-irritating. I have sensitive skin and rosacea, so this was very important to me. The collagen treatment around my eyes made me look much younger. I have previously had massages @ hands in harmony. I can say with certainty that if you are looking for both relaxing and effective organic facial treatment, this is the place to go to.

It was so comfortable. The massage therapist were very professional and always asked if what they were doing was okay. My muscles have never felt better and I put them through the ringer at the gym. It was my boyfriends first time and he absolutely loved it. He is a police officer so he for sure needed it from being in certain situations and sitting in a vehicle for 12 hours.

I walked in for my massage and was told I have to wear a mask. I then explained to the lady I have a disability and am unable to wear a mask especially while laying down on a table and there is no possible way that I can do that. So I was told that I had to leave. My money isn t good here because I have a disability that doesn t allow me to wear a mask that is not proven to stop a virus anyway. But go ahead and discriminate against me.

I just redeemed my birthday present giftcard here Saturday. I had an amazing 45 min upper body massage with Jessica Misfeldt followed by a 45 min facial with Maria Tucker. Maria is an extremely knowledgeable esthetician and very trust worthy. She takes her time to assess your skin and work with you to make a customized facial. I am a firm believer in using all natural products, which I really appreciate because she is never pushing anything that's unnecessary or might be too much for the skin. Jessica is a very experieced massage therapist, she knows exactly where to apply pressure on the muscle tissue and especially hits the spots that are tighter. She is also great at not overworking the muscle so it feels relaxing. I have been to some massage therapists that didn't listen well to your needs and Jessica does a great job of listening or adjusting pressure as needed.
I have had a few facials done and they are one of my favorites! My skin feels so rejuvenated and smooth afterwards. I am usually picky about letting someone else touch my skin, let alone my face, but fully trust her. She has such a soft touch that makes it very relaxing. The best part is she knows exactly where pressure points are to help alleviate my headaches and also helps drain my sinuses. It feels pretty amazing when you can feel all that happening and know having a facial done is worth it. My skin is always immediately glowing brighter and smoother. Maria is very good at communicating, so you know exactly what to expect to feel or even smell. The products smell amazing. She is very good at educating you about what is in the products, how they will feel, and what they will help with. She is even great at recommending products to use at home.
My facial procedure began with a cleanser, followed by a mint exfoliator (which feels amazing) to resurface the skin. Then rosehip exfoliator followed by arm and hand massage. The fact that these products are all natural is key to my skincare wants and fully got that. I am really eager to try out some other services with her!!
I was intrigued to learn they offer over 300 services at Hands n Harmony, the perfect spa day place! I felt like I needed longer than 45 minutes for each session, but well worth it! The place is very CLEAN and has such a calm at home feel. I felt so relaxed and loved being able to also have a 45 min massage combined with this, they transitioned very well and did not have to wait. They are great at working together as a team and kept me informed throughout the process. I already can't wait to schedule another appointment with them both!

It is a very quiet relaxing place. Staff was very cooperative for last minute appointments. I called like 10 mins before the time I wanted to walk in but they accommodated as much time they could as I wanted to get a massage after being sore that day. My friend and I went there this past weekend for full body massages. This place was very professional. The environment was soothing and relaxing. They provided wine and a dimly lit room full of salt rocks to relax in while we waited. We had to wait a little bit past our appointment because I think they squeezed us in due to the fact that we called last minute. But that was fine with us because we had such a wonderful place to wait. They threw in a free foot scrub because of the wait, which was really nice. The massage was the best I've ever had. The lady I had was professional at all times and made me feel comfortable in every way. She paid attention to the spots I asked her to, and I have never felt better! We will definitely be going there again in the near future.
Usually great, had a couples massage package that included time in a hot tub with snacks and wine which was nice and romantic. However when it came to the massage mine was great and Ashley knows what she is doing but my wife got extremely hot and the guy she had didn't know how to turn the beds heat off and she said he just seemed to fumble around like he was lost. Not used to that hear. So if I could I'd say 5 stars with Ashley and 2 for my wife's experience.

I am giving 3 stars because I've never had any issues with hands in harmony and have always had a wonderful experience...UNTIL TODAY. I got both a wax and a 90 minute massage. Both had summer deals (the wax was $50 and the massage was SUPPOSED to be $10 off). I also had a coupon for $12 off any service. They took my coupon just fine and it wasn't until I got home that I looked at my emailed receipt and realized they didn't give me the $10 off. When I called to ask why I didn't receive it I was told "well we can't do coupons and promotions". Well that's fine but WHY WASN'T I TOLD? I got no answer for this. If I had been told this before I would have just waited to use the coupon another day instead of feeling jipped...
I had an excellent experience. I had a huge knot in my back that I could not get rid of. I went to the chiropractor but it kept coming back. One 30 minute massage and it was gone. Haven't had it come back yet. The next time this happens, I'll be back!
As first timers, my boyfriend and I had no idea what to expect. The environment was completely warm and welcoming, and we were treated with a professional level of casualness. The whirlpool tub helped us get into the mindset of relaxing so we were ready for our massages afterwards. The massage itself was wonderful and relaxing (obviously, I was someone that wanted to relax and feel pampered), so it was a solid 10/10 experience for me.

It feels like a retreat when you walk in. You've done a great job with creating a relaxing atmosphere without having to go too far from town. The therapists are always professional. Casey did a good job explaining how she was going to help me. She was also very concerned and intentional about how she worked on the areas I was having troubles with.

Went in for a scheduled $60 massage and the therapist decided to add items (cupping, hot stones, etc) until my final bill was more than $100. I was never asked if I wanted anything additional and I was never told those additional items were an added cost. The therapist just told me she was going to do it, knowing it was an added cost. Not too impressed with that tactic and wont go there again.

this place is awesome to receive a massage from, until you get know what happens behind the scenes.............. nobody every vacuums, the employees are treated like crap and so many things are highly overpriced. a single stone is $3! I went in for a massage and was going to buy some chakra balancing roll on, until I looked at the price! it was over $15! I ended up buying it at hyvee for $9.99!
Also, the employees are so kind and hard working, but heard an employee being lectured for lack of communication when the owner had been out of town since the last time I had been in!!!!!!! it is so disappointing when it is such a beautiful spa and the employees are very talented!

Just had an "Ultimate Couples Massage" and OMG we will DEFINITELY be going back! The wine & snacks were tasty, the whirlpool bathtub is everything I've ever wanted, atmosphere is very relaxing, and the massage left me feeling just... awesome. Still feeling quite blissful. Hubby's shoulders have been hurting him and he says they feel awesome now. 10/10 will be coming back!

Took my husband here for a couples massage after our wedding and what can I say other than it was incredible. I'm 8 months pregnant and have never had a professional massage before so I didn't know what to expect. The women who helped us were very hospitable and awesome at making sure we were comfortable throughout our session. We will definitely be coming back for another outstandingly peaceful 75min!
My friend Maria recommended Hands in Harmony for an orthopedic massage. I have had back problems for years which my chiropractor can t fix because my muscles are so tight. After this massage my chiropractor said Holy cow, your back has finally loosened up! I feel so much better.

I had severe lower back problems for about a steady year, I've seen chiropractors for the problem before, but they don't seem to really help like coming to Hands in Harmony does. The staff is great, and Heather H. does a thorough job of getting rid of my knots that cause my back pain. I always leave feeling wonderful, and pain free that lasts a while.
The staff at Hands in Harmony are wonderful, professional and skilled. The whole business is relaxing from the moment you enter. I have seen a few of the LMT's; the main person I see is Jessica. I could not ask for a better experience!
