Usually great, had a couples massage package that included time in a hot tub with snacks and wine which was nice and romantic. However when it came to the massage mine was great and Ashley knows what she is doing but my wife got extremely hot and the guy she had didn't know how to turn the beds heat off and she said he just seemed to fumble around like he was lost. Not used to that hear. So if I could I'd say 5 stars with Ashley and 2 for my wife's experience.
