First off the bat, you are guided to perhaps the best waiting room I've ever been in, due to the calming effect of the crystals and light music. I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes for Connie Quaas, who was my skin aesthetician. She was quite polite, inviting, and made sure I was comfortable. The dark lit room along with the quiet soothing music made it very easy to relax prior to the start of the facial. The products that were used on my face were very gentle and non-irritating. I have sensitive skin and rosacea, so this was very important to me. The collagen treatment around my eyes made me look much younger. I have previously had massages @ hands in harmony.
