I am giving 3 stars because I've never had any issues with hands in harmony and have always had a wonderful experience...UNTIL TODAY. I got both a wax and a 90 minute massage. Both had summer deals (the wax was $50 and the massage was SUPPOSED to be $10 off). I also had a coupon for $12 off any service. They took my coupon just fine and it wasn't until I got home that I looked at my emailed receipt and realized they didn't give me the $10 off. When I called to ask why I didn't receive it I was told "well we can't do coupons and promotions". Well that's fine but WHY WASN'T I TOLD? I got no answer for this. If I had been told this before I would have just waited to use the coupon another day instead of feeling jipped...
