As first timers, my boyfriend and I had no idea what to expect. The environment was completely warm and welcoming, and we were treated with a professional level of casualness. The whirlpool tub helped us get into the mindset of relaxing so we were ready for our massages afterwards. The massage itself was wonderful and relaxing (obviously, I was someone that wanted to relax and feel pampered), so it was a solid 10/10 experience for me.
