Always excellent service and attention. Nice waiting area with beverages and such and every masseuse I've interacted with has been excellent at their job. Tried cupping this last time and I wasn't a massive fan but it was worth a try, and also gave ashiatsu a try recently which was amazing; I highly recommend it.
