There is not much to say about IKEA ...
We are a business customer and buy for about 20,000 per year at IKEA - nevertheless, it was not necessary because of a wrongly brought in cash register to exchange a blanket in my original packaging (after 30min in the queue). In the past, one was very accommodating here - like almost everywhere and with all companies the empathy and the customer-friendliness are by now on the track ... unlovely !!
Perhaps it is also because it some customers have exaggerated .. here should be acted individually

I had ordered a kitchen with delivery. During assembly, it was noticed that the wrong parts were delivered. I wanted to exchange them for suitable ones. Since I no longer had a receipt, this was not possible and I was allowed to buy the parts again. Yes, I no longer had the note, but for a kitchen with delivery, the name, address, invoice and ordered products are still stored in the system. I would have expected more goodwill from Ikea because the delivery error was on their side.

It is very sad to see how unfriendly most of the salespeople are to you, especially if you ask a few basic things about the possibility of combining the PAX cabinet because there are several variants that you can choose and these are not immediately clear, we find it very cheeky that we are not given a correct answer to our question but rather very arogant that reflects what has been instilled in you and not what you should actually know.

That being said, it is simply unbelievable how the salesperson dealt with us when we asked if she could explain briefly how this works with the program on the PC, but city of which we get the answer, Lord God, I will never finish it just throw my other work into the room and then get annoyed like taking waste to the PC and tell us totally annoyed how the software works ...

Sad. :-(

Everything ok, except the kitchen / gastro. There are 7 people there, two work the other do nothing. There are very long waiting times. With 10 people in the queue, we waited almost 35 minutes. Not to be accepted!

Good accessibility by car, with public transport rather difficult. Large parking lot or parking garage available. Selection and assortment Ikea-typical: everything is great. Restaurant available, both for a snack, as well as for lunch or for coffee quite a detour worth. Staff friendly and helpful, as you would expect from Ikea.

I read the feedback and drove it anyway. Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative comments. The kitchen department is chaotic, the forewoman was nice and tried to accommodate all customers and to delegate their unmotivated arrogant colleagues. For that I wanted to spend about 6000 euros have got in 2 hours (6 hours in total in Ikea) no support. I had not arranged an appointment but expect a store like Ikea to act better than our officials. I buy my kitchen somewhere else.

I had booked the service extra because I'm on crutches at the moment. Too bad that is not said before. Otherwise IKEA usual a cool shop.

I am always so disappointed with the lousy quality of Ikea products! Often the bad awakening comes at home when you have already unpacked the stuff and set it up. Unfortunately, I let the cheap prices entice me every few years, only to angrily scold "never again Ikea" afterwards. Like today. I just disposed of two newly bought decorative pillow inlets because they just stank of bird poop. Sure, they also only cost 4, so you have to get the misery of the plucked ducks or chickens rubbed under your nose.
Incidentally, I cannot rate this product on the Ikea website, otherwise I would have done so and would not have burdened Google with this slightly emotional review. Since you can only rate goods ordered online, the turnaround now follows. Well. Ordering is also not fun, as it often happens that products are added to the shopping cart as available and they are still not available. Or can only be delivered in many many weeks at expensive shipping costs. Ikea absolutely wants you to come and visit her in person. Maybe that just happens to me. Subjective experience. But if you still know this frustration and are unsure whether you should try again or not: don't do it, don't go to Ikea again. It just doesn't get better and there are alternatives.

The older, dark-haired woman at the cash register told me that there is no ice left, but gave the gentleman behind me two ice cream cones, because they are friends of the other saleswoman. Are you crazy???? After we spoke to them again, we were just super cheeky rejected in the motto: if the friends are all possible, but all other customers are their S ***** do not care. Do not go !!!!!

Friendly, good selection, restaurant with lots of different seating, food standard normal, at the checkout if you are unlucky you wait forever. Parking spaces easily accessible and abundant. Staff was friendly and accommodating, we would love to come back.

The sauce quality of the meatballs has improved considerably, the salad was a bit bland, at the self-service station I was looking for carbonated drinks in vain, the cashier asked me with unfriendly tone on the salad on the scales to ask (in other Ikea stores, the staff weighs Salads themselves).

All in all, I was satisfied with the visit and would visit Ikea Munich again.

Where you in every normal IKEA his Elvarli pecks in the camp itself and then it is done, you have here only to the department with appropriate queue (because you can only order a maximum of 3 items in the warehouse) and then wait again at the goods issue. Juice shop! I ordered a bed online and an important part is missing which is why I cannot build the bed. You won't get an answer via email until days later, if you call you are on hold for 20 minutes and still don't get anyone on the phone. Then got an answer I can get the missing parts here in the shop. I'm in the store and they said I should buy the bed again and then look for the missing parts and then get the money back. I wanted to buy a kitchen in Ikea on May 11, 2020. When I arrived in the kitchen department around 2 p.m., I was informed that the waiting time would be about 2.5 hours.

After a maximum of 1 hour we were already there and were allowed to plan the kitchen with the help of an employee. This process was completed after about 2 hours. A delivery date was agreed 4 weeks later. This should be feasible even though we have 3 custom work stations. I was skeptical if everything worked.

The date was confirmed 3 days before delivery.
One day before delivery, the time window for the delivery was restricted from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. to 5:10 p.m.
On the day of delivery, I was called by the shipping company 1.5 hours before delivery.
Delivery took place at 3 p.m.

And I have to say I'm thrilled:
1. Delivery came on time
2. Delivery was completely complete with over 120 packages
3. Drivers were polite and helpful
4. No package damaged
5. Worktops were delivered with special corner impact protection.

I can definitely only find good words.
