They were very accommodating with all of our requests.

Always enjoy my stay here. Good breakfast, my son (8 years old) loves the pool, especially when it is cold out or raining. It is my preferred place to stay in the area.

This is a great Hampton Inn. Any time that we are in Raleigh, we choose this hotel. The location is great for getting around easily within the city. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. We have consistently found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. One very nice feature is the lobby, which is very spacious with great seating that provides nice gathering spaces for visiting with family and friends . Overall a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

I really enjoyed this place. It's very new. The rooms are very nice and the staff was exceptional. There was an Indian wedding going on which was a very large wedding which tells me that they can accommodate large parties and events. They have free breakfast and the location is great! It's right near Crabtree valley mall which is one of the most popular malls in the Raleigh/Durham Area. It's a central location.

There is plenty of parking and the price for the value is exceptional! I look forward to staying here again!

Very nice room. Hot breakfast is a plus. Exercise room is well appointed. One big negative is access from the highway when traveling on Hwy 70N. You must make U-turn and IMMEDIATELY move over to the far right lane to make the right turn onto Arrow Drive which can be very challenging (and dangerous) when there are other vehicles present.

A super pleasant stay. Very stylish and comfortable. Helpful and Hospitable staff. I only wish there was room service and/or a full restaurant on premises. Otherwise, 2 Thumbs up

I have never been more disappointed in a hotel then I am with Hampton Inn @crabtree. The people here are real nice but besides that please don't base anything off other reviews. I spent close to a $1000 on what they consider a king room and the room is very small. Very poor cleaning staff. When we got in the room we found a dirty black sock next to the bed left behind. They don't wipe any counters down as when we got back from a day trip there was stuff still on the counter. I honestly feel that they stole my money with a major disappointment. Even when talking to a person at the front desk she informed us that it's very common rooms arnt cleaned well. That when looking I should asked if it's a corporate Hampton where this is a FRANCHISE and don't go by Hampton inns standards. Also when I got there they had problems with my card I should of know right there and then I picked the wrong hotel. Please do research before picking this hotel. It's a major waste of money. No room service no restaurant no lockbox the So called HD channels come in pretty crappy. If your allergic to spiders stay away. I have killed 7 spiders since day 1 including a major spider web in the window corner. Another sign that they don't clean there rooms . The pool is in a poor location. You have to walk through the lobby to get to and from the pool. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Overall please don't waste your money at this hotel please don't. You work hard for your money and this hotel is just stealing it from you.

My stay was wonderful! My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints from me.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn whilst attending a state science fair and they were very accommodating.

Great service, clean rooms, and reasonable price. I stay at this location 3-4 times a year for work. The location is a bit of a challenge to get to from the 540 exit, but it is close to the mall and only 18 minutes from downtown.

It does not fail to impress me. I always book with them whenever i travel. This hotel is very near the mall and up the hill with nice view. This time what really impressed me is Gabrielle, the front desk staff, was very helpful and very friendly. Hampton is very luck to have her. Keep up the good work.

The room was nice, beds were comfy, front desk staff friendly. Booking was easy. Breakfast was good. I am only giving 3 stars because I needed more towels so I walked all the way down the hall to the house keepers cart and kindly asked for more towels and washcloths. She would not give me more towels until I went back down the hall to my room and got the old towels and brought them all to her. I didn't understand the need for me to walk down the hall with dirty towels in hand just to get new towels. Also it was raining all day and we wanted to go outside and enjoy some fresh air. There is absolutely nowhere to sit out of the rain outside. Not a single covered area. Other than that the stay was good.

it was clean, convenient, and they kept the cookies coming. The staff were all helpful and nice. I would totally book again.

Never understood a hotel that charges that much but doesn't have a microwave or refrigerator had to go downstairs to use one microwave for the whole hotel to share was overcrowded due to three family reunions at one time refused to make cookies for me and my family when we checked in because the people from the family reunions ate them all up which is not fair to other guests who were paying and coming in that was not a part of the family reunions party just about had to elbow and fight to get breakfast we chose to go elsewhere to eat and we also chose to check out a day early after staying one night and being woke up around 7 a.m. to loudness and children running up and down the hall I prefer the Hampton inn in Brier Creek they were a lot more hospitable and they know how to treat their guests.

I love Hampton Inns. This one was great as a hotel, but the staff was off the mark.

Checking in was a terrible experience for me.

The decor was wonderful, the hotel was fresh, and the men s room had a built in TV in the mirror (huh?)

Complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Coffee is available 24/7.

There must have been some type of convention going on the weekend that I stayed here. Keeping that in mind the employees were super friendly and my room was absolutely gorgeous okay. I will definitely keep this location in mind whenever I have to stay in the Raleigh area. Very great Hotel awesome employees and the complimentary breakfast was great.

I had to let the front desk agent who worked on 8/21 @ 1:20p how to use OnQ and I havent worked at a Hilton owned hotel in 2.5 years.

I stayed in the Executive Suite on August 11th. I threw my wife a small birthday celebration. The room was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I was impressed along with my guests. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Teneisha helped me with my reservation and other details. The entire staff was great. I m hooked!! I will stay again. Thank you!!!

Great central location. Traffic in and out can be an issue unless you know the back road!

This was not like my normal stays at Hampton Inn. I have never been in a King room without a refrigerator or microwave, or at the very least a refrigerator. Staff at check in were two very young guys who did not seem concerned about customer service. They had no luggage carts available, no late check out, and the vending machines were out on two floors so I had to go back down to the lobby for a soda.

Used the meeting space, which was quite comfortable, snacks and drinks were provided. Appropriate bathroom access and usable technology access.

Great staff, amenities and service but the tubs are slippery and dangerous

The place seems nice and they provide complimentary breakfast. I did not stay overnight. The room was cancelled well in advance, but my company wrongly sent payment check. It was a hassle to get check back.

I had my continuing education for my bail bonds license here today, and some lady had her kid yelling to the top of it's lungs outside our door. This class was not free, I and each of the approximate 29 other agents paid 150 dollars to take our class. This situation took place near the front desk, and no one at the front desk deemed this to be an issue, and did not ask this person to move from outside our door. The black lady on duty right now has the most stank attitude. You should of seen the look she gave when I asked during our break if they had a vending machine. Hold your event or class here at your own risk.

Good hotel, breakfast is OK, but even with it being free I eat elsewhere more than at the hotel. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel next door. Rooms are fine and clean, staff is friendly. Quick access to the mall. I stay here for a week a time for business and have no complaints.

My sister and I checked in on Friday night, September 7, 2018. The gentleman working night shift was very friendly and welcoming. This hotel had some of the best hotel customer service/hospitality I ve ever had!

Very nice staff. Nice room. But all of that goes away when the AC is fixed at 70 degrees and your room is 75 degrees. I can't stay for a second night. I have to pack up to find a lesser hotel that allows customers to lower the AC. Having a cool dark room is extremely important for someone that suffers from migraines.

I was at the hotel for a training class. The hotel lobby and conference room we're very nice, clean and well kept.

I will never stay at this hotel again but the services was good but I never seen so much rudeness in my life and I m a student from New Jersey but y all need to look into y all manager Shelia when I was checking out she was standing their cussing at her own employees but that s not the bad part rooms smelled bad I will not recommend this hotel for anyone if you want rudeness handed back to you plus they have bed bugs

This hotel is so dear to my heart! The first friend I made in Raleigh used to be the front desk manager (Tristin) before she moved to another Hilton property. With that said, the staff is SO nice! I used to have monthly conferences here and would ship my materials ahead of time. Every week they would have my box waiting for me in the room and everything set up perfectly. I worked with senior citizens who can sometimes be demanding and the staff never flustered if they came to the front desk wanting more coffee or the room temperature adjusted. And Chris the manager was always super friendly and greeted me every week and checked in to make sure everything was ok for my conference, I highly recommend this hotel for conferences. Lots of space and the rooms are comfortable too if you stay the night. They also have a courtesy shuttle that can take you to local restaurants. It is in a great location that makes it easy to access hopping and dining and the highway to the airport.

Hidden gem. I've never stayed the night here but I have been coming to events and seminars here for at least 5 years. The building ALWAYS clean and the staff are fantastic. Love this place and I always recommend it to friends visiting Raleigh.

Modern, clean and ALL of the employees were extremely friendly. It must be a very new hotel. It's very close to the huge, upscale, Crabtree Mall. I'll be staying her again when I'm back in the area!

Called the associate today and asked what was the incidental fee and the associate replied you have to have plenty of money on your card regardless of the fee I can t give that out Ive been working for Hilton for 5 years and this was just rude for no reason: inhlcsller the Hilton garden inn Cary and they told me their fee .. now I will book multiple rooms the garden inn tomorrow. Thanks for the hospitality

We had a conference and catered lunch at the Hampton inn. The room was perfect for the large group, with comfortable chairs and equipment. The lunch was good for hotel food, and the variety accommodated our varied tastes. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I highly recommend this hotel as a conference center.

My family and I stayed at this location this past weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Check in was a breeze the young lady at the front desk on Saturday afternoon was very nice.
Got to my room and it was very clean.Bed very comfy loved the bed covers.Breakfast had nice options everything was great. Johnny at the front desk on sunday was so nice. Very engaging and so helpful
He really loves his job and made us feel so welcome. Great hotel and awesome staff...keep up the great job...you make people want to come back!
