I wish they'd just give up on the powdered eggs. Seriously, it keeps me away from the Hampton brand 95% of the time.

Nice clean and courteous. WiFi was nearly unusable though.

This location is not the easiest to get into, depending on what direction you're coming from. Likewise, traffic can make it a slow process to get to major roads as well. But, service is friendly and the rooms are nice and modern.

One of the nicer hotels at which I've stayed. It's far enough from they city hubbub to be comfortable, but close enough that's anything you could want is a short drive or ride away. Beautiful amenities, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff make this a place definitely worth staying.

Front desk is awesome, the place is immaculate, and the day Manager David will do whatever it takes to make your visit fantastic.

Well for one. They cap the heat at 75, room was cold to sleep in. Stayed for 3 nights, no microwave or fridge in a king suite? Have to go to the lobby to warm food up. Dont even bother bringing a game console or a dvd player. Can't change tv source at all. Stuck watching basic cable or nothing at all. Besides that. Bathroom was nice

Hotel is great. The room did not have a refrigerator, but the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was great and the breakfast was outstanding. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in town.

Great stay here! Staff was awesome and friendly, business center had everything i needed, breakfast was exceptional and a LOT of variety. The only reason i didn't give them 5 stars was because there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room. Other than that my stay has been perfect!!

Met a colleague for drinks. The drinks we're good and atmosphere was conducive for our discussion. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel was beautiful. We stay in Hampton Inn & Suites whenever we travel and the overall look of the hotel was very nice. We were there for a concert at a m nearby venue, and we were told that there was a shuttle service that would drop us off, we assumed it would return us to the hotel. We arrived and were told that we the shuttle would return at 10:30pm. We were unaware that was the last shuttle for the night. For major events like that, the shuttle service (which was not free as it was for other Hampton's we have stayed in) should offer at the barest of minimums, a more realistic time frame to pick up guests. If we would have left the concert at 10:30, we would have missed the part of the show we came to see. We ended up having to take a dingy cab back to the hotel. That was after waiting in line over an hour after the concert ended for said cab. So they lose a star for the inconvenience of the shuttle service which was supposed to be a convenience. Everything else was nice.

I went inside to apply the staff was very courteous.

I had rated this four yesterday 10/15/16. As we, my wife and two year old. Had just arrived and everything was very nice. Lady at check in nice all appear to be very clean. We stayed two night to attend the fair and go to the mall. We left this morning around 9am and stay at fair until about 1 pm. We arrived back to housekeeping cleaning rooms on our floor. After failed attempts to get our daughter to take a nap. I went to get a drink from the vending machines as my wife and daughter got ready. On my way back I spoke with a young man doing housekeeping. He stated that he was running behind and asked if I needed anything at the time. I told him no we were about to go out to the mall and dinner. When we return the room was the same. My wife called the front desk for towels and the women handed them to her and walked away. I went to the front desk and the woman stated that we had left the do not disturb sign on door. As my daughter tore this up the first night I know we didn't. She stated she would speak to housekeeping about it. In the future we will not be staying here. It is sad our room was not clean. It is unacceptable to lie to cover it up by saying we left the sign up.

Perfect hotel. Has an indoor pool, which was great for the kids and free breakfast. Plus the room w a king and pull out was separated enough to feel spacious. Awesome spot!

Very nice and clean hotel. The pool had A LOT of chlorine in it so bad I got a headache and my eyes were on fire and running tears.... and no I wasn't swimming my child was. But all and all we have enjoyed both visits to this hotel!

Very good hotel, a pool with a very easy access and beds and large rooms. Breakfast so probe was decent. Although if I am sincere, I woke up late and could not prove much ...

I am giving this hotel 5 because of their attitude. Front desk staff mostly Hispanics were most well gromeed well dressed they were so professional and couttsey. Front desk manger handsome tall I forgot his name was soooo amazing as well as everyone else. The General manager was one of few best general mangers I ever met. Chris was so friendly always smiling very professional so business like very down to earth. Thank u . wish all hampton inn in Raleigh were like this staff.

Awesome place with tons of taps. Buy an arm bracelet and go crazy. Dinner was quite good, service ok. Went multiple times while visiting Raleigh and would go again. I so,so,wish I could drink beer like I did 20 yrs ago

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The facilities are well maintained.

I slept SO good here, I actually almost hit the check out time. Good Job, Hampton. The accosiates were very nice, with a variable shop

The decor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was lovely. Employees were respectful.

Great area close to restaurants and downtown, but still far enough away to be quiet. Very nice customer service and very willing to work with early check-ins. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel charged my debit card twice for our stay. Once at the desk and once a few days after. However a dollar less. This made me overdraft on my account. The lady at the front desk told me it was normal and could take 3-5 business days to show on my account. I called my bank and they IMMEDIATELY took their second charge off my account and luckily refunded me back my over draft fee. However, my car payment went out at the same time of the double transaction and is now being rejected. I have never missed a car payment. And because it is being rejected I am being charged for that. I do not feel that I should be responsible for that charge and in fact think the hotel should pay for it since it was their fault. I am currently getting my bank involved with this situation. I have never had this issue with a hotel before and will never stay at a Hampton In again. If anyone needs to look up my stay, My name is Marisa Miller and I stayed at your location on July 28-29. **Update 2 Nov 19** Got a call front David the Front Desk manager. He listened to my concerns and made what could of continued to be an unpleasant experience BETTER! I appreciate the time and effort made to keep my loyalty with the Hilton Hampton Inn Brand..

**28 Oct 19**Upon arrival for my weeks stay, the entire parking lot was taped off due to an event so parking was very limited. There was also a huge spider in its web next to the side entryway door. Upon checking into the hotel the front desk staff was helpful and efficient which earned 2 stars. Using the elevator up to the 4th floor it smelled like a wet dog. Upon arrival to the room I noticed a few things were off the Wi-Fi is no good, I can't connect my device because I only get one bar. The headboard has scuff marks, the pillow case looked unchanged, the outlet beside the bed was dusty, and when I dropped my charger on not floor there was leftover food or something beside the bed. I figured I would let housekeeping address it in the morning, since I would be out all day and had a late check in after my drive in. Woke up with aching back because these beds are so uncomfortable. I'm checking out of this hotel and into another. Not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. (See photo tab for other pics)

Came here to escape Hurricane Irma back home and it was probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far.

Had a very good stay at this property. Staff was very professional and the facilities was very nice. My family and I had a great stay.

A solid option for hotels around the Crabtree mall area. From downtown it was 18 minutes at 5pm, and about 10 minutes to the airport. The bed was ok, but YMMV based on sleep habits.

Nice place to catch some sleep , As long as they don't have an event with music. We were on the second floor and the loud music didn't stop till 11pm . Common sense doesn't go a long way I guess people pay for a hotel for a place to sleep not listen to loud music half the night .

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were very personable and always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help.

Great hotel,. Great breakfast. Good room. Great to bring a date.
