This was not like my normal stays at Hampton Inn. I have never been in a King room without a refrigerator or microwave, or at the very least a refrigerator. Staff at check in were two very young guys who did not seem concerned about customer service. They had no luggage carts available, no late check out, and the vending machines were out on two floors so I had to go back down to the lobby for a soda.
