This hotel is so dear to my heart! The first friend I made in Raleigh used to be the front desk manager (Tristin) before she moved to another Hilton property. With that said, the staff is SO nice! I used to have monthly conferences here and would ship my materials ahead of time. Every week they would have my box waiting for me in the room and everything set up perfectly. I worked with senior citizens who can sometimes be demanding and the staff never flustered if they came to the front desk wanting more coffee or the room temperature adjusted. And Chris the manager was always super friendly and greeted me every week and checked in to make sure everything was ok for my conference, I highly recommend this hotel for conferences. Lots of space and the rooms are comfortable too if you stay the night. They also have a courtesy shuttle that can take you to local restaurants. It is in a great location that makes it easy to access hopping and dining and the highway to the airport.
