The room was nice, beds were comfy, front desk staff friendly. Booking was easy. Breakfast was good. I am only giving 3 stars because I needed more towels so I walked all the way down the hall to the house keepers cart and kindly asked for more towels and washcloths. She would not give me more towels until I went back down the hall to my room and got the old towels and brought them all to her. I didn't understand the need for me to walk down the hall with dirty towels in hand just to get new towels. Also it was raining all day and we wanted to go outside and enjoy some fresh air. There is absolutely nowhere to sit out of the rain outside. Not a single covered area. Other than that the stay was good.
