I booked the Executive Suite as a birthday surprise for my husband. The room is beautiful and well appointed. Better than I could have expected. The front desk employees, Alex and David, provided 5 star treatment. We had a 3 day stay and was not ready to leave. Everything you could need is less than 5 miles from the hotel and a mall in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

I recently attended an event hosted at the Hampton Inn and Suites. While I did not stay overnight at the hotel, I did find the lobby and meeting areas to be very nice and well kept! Parking was readily available and the location is very convenient to Crabtree Valley Mall. Would highly recommend for a small professional event needing an easily accessible and clean location.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms designed for disabled persons' accessibility are very pleasant and well thought out. Very pleasant stay.
These rooms aren't soundproof, so when you allow a wedding party to legit PARTY at 11pm the rest of the hotel guests can hear it. I'm on level 2 and whatever was happening on level 1 was understandable until 9pm, anything later is completely unacceptable. At 10pm my husband called down to the front desk to inquire of when this blaring music would end and no one even picked up the phone. Is this an event hall or a hotel? Prior to swiping someone's credit card for $300+ I believe it's just courteous to inform them you're expecting a late night rager. My family would've happily stayed at one of the five neighboring hotels. The decor is nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. The beds were comfy and the room was clean, but small and lacked a mini fridge which was surprising. But I'll take a small room and no fridge any day as long as I don't have to listen to bad music blasting every wall of my room and the inevitable loud and distruptive stumbling to the rooms of the party guests that follows.
Sticky floors on carpet next to the bed. Staff tried to clean but they were still sticky. They brought me extra pillows when I asked. Cookies every night down stairs. Great breakfast.
Nice event space! Cordial front desk staff in a clean, modern style provides a nice environment with attractive accents and decoration. I was only here for an event though so no comment on upstairs (the rooms, etc.).
Very Clean and friendly staff. The only complaint is how to get in and out of the hotel, due to the one way road is...that has nothing to do with the service of the hotel. If I am sent back to this area for work again I will be staying here.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, the staff was very stand-offish and rude. They were not welcoming or helpful throughout our stay which was frustrating.
If we would have received better service, this would be an easy 5-star review. When i pay $150 a night, I expect to be treated decent.
Maybe in the future they will get better management/ front desk staff and give their guests a genuinely good experience.
Location was nice since it was next to the crabtree mall as well as many major highways.
Clean well put together hotel, you even get a complimentary breakfast bag to go. I had a great night sleep the one thing I would change is to make the windows sound proof
Very friendly associates working there, but my only complaint is there was no refrigerator. Otherwise rooms were held at a high standard and was spotless. I enjoyed my stay and the meeting rooms were nice. I hope that if I'm ever in Raleigh that they have a room available for me because I would much like to stay again.
Was just there for a couple days for company meetings. It was excellent, service was top notch, and we didn't have any trouble with noise from other conference rooms.
Great choice in hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and updated. The location is within walking distance to the mall and close the downtown Raleigh
Upon entering the room, it appeared to be older but clean. Once I went into the bathroom, I noticed hair on the floor from the previous traveler. This really grossed me out. The walls are paper thin as we could hear people up all night across the hall as well as a crying baby. The smell of marijuana made its way into the vents in our room. When this was brought to the attention of the lobby staff at 2 am, nothing was done about it. No one came up to check it out. My boyfriend called down to get some water sent up to our room as all the vending machines were out of water. When the water didn t arrive after an hour, we called again. The gentleman at the desk then told us he was the only one down there and couldn t bring us any water. Upon checking in, we were told the front doors would lock at 7 pm and we would need our room key to enter the building, however the doors were never locked and frequent visitors were hanging out in the front and lobby looking for trouble. I felt very unsafe and felt my concerns and requests were ignored. Next time I ll stay at the Hilton garden inn across the street.
This was a great hotel to stay at. It looks like it has been recently remodeled because the style is very modern. The rooms were also very clean which I very much appreciated. I am very picky with cleanliness and I couldn't find anything wrong at all in the rooms!! (this is probably the first time this has ever happened! :)) I really appreciated Clay who worked the front desk. He was very attentive and professional. He really made our stay fantastic. BTW: The breakfast in the morning is AWESOME!!!
The hotel is wonderful, especially the staff ,Selena welcome us well, very helpful and treated us kindly throughout our stay, they have good breakfast, the gym and the pool was excellent. We will surely be back anytime we are in Raleigh.
Nice hotel with nice finishes, but was shocked to find no mini fridge in the room. I thought all Hampton Inn & Suites had mini fridges. Lesson learned, read the fine print and don't assume.
Looked online and plenty of rooms available but clerk would not match online price. Sat in the lobby and made the reservation online while she watched me. Incredible. You gotta do better people.
By far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in recent memory, of any property. Some might consider the decor dated but to me the accommodations were fantastic, the lobby and co-working areas were terrific, and most importantly breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful: miniature scrambled egg and cheese omelettes, grits (which I didn t eat actually) and best of all, lots and lots of properly cooked BACON! Super friendly hotel staff, great location, easy parking. Really loved the place!
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean. The pillows were really comfortable, bathroom and the showers was great. The only thing I kinda didnt like was that the room didnt have a refrigerator but there was a store open downstairs that was open 24 hours. The hotel was also really close to the mall. It was less than a mile away. Also there was a pool and a gym.The pool was clean and fun. The gym was pretty cool its open 24 hours and if you have headphones you can wacth tv as your working out.Thats pretty much it but i would reccomend this hotel
This place is absolutely beautiful and so clean and fresh..Rooms are very comfortable and staff very attentive and pleasantly helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Hotel to all.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the coffee in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.
I had a really good, brief stay here and I was really surprised by how nice it was. The decor of the lobby was beautiful and my suite was simple, but classy. A fine backdrop for .y many Zoom calls. Check in and check out were contactless and the fitness center was spotless. I have absolutely no complaints at all.
It was an excellent stay. David checked us in and was very courteous. We had an issue with the television and he was willing to move us immediately, but were were already settled in. The pool was very intimate and we were the only people in it. The store has snacks and necessities and it's not expensive. This hotel is nice for couples. The next morning, after sleeping in that comfortable bed, we went down for breakfast and met Megan who had a smile. She offered us the options for breakfast and we chose from the fridge area, since covid-19 there was no buffet, understandably. It was fresh and smelled good and clean in the room and common areas. The service is A1! We will be staying here again!
You won't be disappointed staying here. The most accommodating staff. This team is simply awesome. Shout out to Johnny excellent service quality and fantastic personality. Love this location.
I like it here!! It's the second time when we come to Raleigh, nc. I would like to try other Hampton inn & suites! The only thing I don't like is there is no restaurant on site! That makes it inconvenient.
The place is right out of Highway exit so it's quite convenient especially after a long drive on highway and doesn't want to deal with city traffic. The room is quite comfy and spacious for two queen size beds. It's a bummer that TV remote didn't work but not a big issue since we only stayed there for a night. Usual breakfast items and overall, i'm satisfied with my stay.
