Same issue as another patient of theirs with their billing department. They made a mistake submitting to insurance and 3 years later after my baby was born they sent me to collections for their mistake of $30.
I did not want to visit this office anymore because office staff speak badly and make fun of other patients, in front you. Disgusting! Doctor is ok but office staff - They are terrible. Find another office that will gladly make you feel more at ease in every sense.

Terrible Service. The billing department is a fraud, useless team, they owed me a refund from Dr. Martin "Maternal Fetal Med" Office for 10 months. Every time I called they gave me excuses, didn't processed any check, then processed a check for the wrong amount and sent me back and forth to the Drs Office for more than 11 times. Do not hire their services under any circumstances. I still haven't receive my money back...They're the WORST.
