Very nice room. Hot breakfast is a plus. Exercise room is well appointed. One big negative is access from the highway when traveling on Hwy 70N. You must make U-turn and IMMEDIATELY move over to the far right lane to make the right turn onto Arrow Drive which can be very challenging (and dangerous) when there are other vehicles present.
