I have never been more disappointed in a hotel then I am with Hampton Inn @crabtree. The people here are real nice but besides that please don't base anything off other reviews. I spent close to a $1000 on what they consider a king room and the room is very small. Very poor cleaning staff. When we got in the room we found a dirty black sock next to the bed left behind. They don't wipe any counters down as when we got back from a day trip there was stuff still on the counter. I honestly feel that they stole my money with a major disappointment. Even when talking to a person at the front desk she informed us that it's very common rooms arnt cleaned well. That when looking I should asked if it's a corporate Hampton where this is a FRANCHISE and don't go by Hampton inns standards. Also when I got there they had problems with my card I should of know right there and then I picked the wrong hotel. Please do research before picking this hotel. It's a major waste of money. No room service no restaurant no lockbox the So called HD channels come in pretty crappy. If your allergic to spiders stay away. I have killed 7 spiders since day 1 including a major spider web in the window corner. Another sign that they don't clean there rooms . The pool is in a poor location. You have to walk through the lobby to get to and from the pool. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Overall please don't waste your money at this hotel please don't. You work hard for your money and this hotel is just stealing it from you.
