The staff were super friendly, every single one we encountered, whether they were just passing by in the hallway or in the elevator, or manning the front desk. We arrived in town earlier than expected and they let us check in at 11:00 even though check-in time is at 3:00. Great, convenient location to shopping and dining and highway. Free breakfast was fresh and delicious, bed was super comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again when in Raleigh!

Layout of King Suite was awesome! Thoroughly enjoyed the separated living area with couch, and greatly appreciated large, open desk area. Bathroom (toilet & shower) was uncomfortably small. Queen-sized room was really small, tight for 2 people, but bathroom was nice and big. Beautifully decorated

Very comfy beds and professional staff. Standard breakfast with quality foods. My only complaint is that the shower door opens only at the far end of the shower, so if you reach in to turn the water on, you get blasted with it.

WOW! To give you a little background...I travel around NC and SC with my job so I stay out quite a bit. I'm usually a Holiday Inn guy, but have been following the construction of this hotel since its beside the Crabtree Mall and I seemed to pass by it all the time. So I took a chance and stayed in this Hampton...this hotel is incredible! I had no idea Hampton Inns were so nice, this hotel is beautiful. When you walk in you start to notice every little detail...from the floors, to the crazy awesome wallpaper they used, the lobby area, and guys you have to check out that lobby restroom, you may never want to leave! This looks like a boutique hotel, it really is one beautiful place to stay. If you are a Hampton Inn man, Holiday Inn man, whatever your preference you need to at least try this hotel. I find myself prebooking my reservations out even further now to make sure I get to stay here...staying there tomorrow night in fact...which sparked me to look up reviews. I guess its so new there weren't any reviews. STAY THERE, you wont be disappointed! Nicest hotel in NC!

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending Wide Open Bluegrass (also stayed here last year while attending this same event). We stayed in a "king bed junior suite". Great room with small kitchen area (microwave, fridge, coffee maker and sink). Nice sitting area (I hate having only a bed to sit on if we are spending any time at all in the room) and large desk area. Nice size shower. Good complimentary breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

For as fancy as the hotel is it's average. Average room no fridge or microwave, No jacuzzi and no bar. I ordered food and had to go to hotel next door. The hotel is beautiful from outside though!

Nice hotel. Convenient location for restaurants and the highway. Friendly staff. King bed room was a little tight, not a great layout for the furniture. Lobby, pool, and fitness center were great.

We stayed here last year for Super Con. Our stay was so great that we made reservations for this year. The hotel was overbooked...my fault for not returning the confirmation call in time. They made sure we received an upgraded room next door at the Hilton Garden Inn. Hampton Inn is the best. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and affordable.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is one of the coolest in the area. It is located in a good area with access to shopping and dining.

Rooms were ok, hallways floors and anything that leads away from the many lobby floors has a lot of debris(carpet was dirty) looks like no cares to vacuum the hallway floors. In case of power outages, it takes a very long time for them too get the electricity up and running again. I saw a lot of people leaving because rooms were getting hot and my food I just bought went to waste. Outside front door is always full people smoking and drinking. Power went out between 3-5pm and the light were restored a few mins to midnight. Never going to this place again.

Kind staff, clean rooms, fair rates, free breakfast and a great location. What more can you ask for? Over the past three years that I have been a guest at this property the services and standards have remained the same. Skip the Red Roof Inn and pay for an enjoybale experience.

Called here yesterday to book and ask if they could do early check in. They didn't check if they would even have the rooms available before saying no, you have to check in person. We'll, if I'm driving over night 10 hours to come stay somewhere I would like to know if I should leave hours later than I would have liked for recovery time before a major medical procedure for my Veteran husband. I called next door at the Hilton Garden inn. They had no problem helping me, checked immediately and told me that they would be able to get me in at least by ten, I got there early and they still had it ready.

The staff was great. The lobby, beautiful. The rooms, gross. Smell like mold. Carpets are dirty. Beds are hard and awful. Random hairs. They were kind enough to change my room, however, it was no different. They claim it s sanitized, it s not. The 4th floor should be referred to as 420 floor because that s all you smell from the time you step off the elevator and all hours of the night go right into your room. They advertise hot breakfast but it s served to you. It s not bad but someone needs to be honest. I changed hotels. Much happier where I went.

The space and staff are wonderful, but we experienced technical difficulties with the display system and projector with no on-site tech to really help us which impacted the day's training quite negatively. Fortunately, our presenters were solid and the training wasn't negatively impacted, just had to be altered to be a slightly different experience.

I was visiting a family member on my visit to the hotel. We went to the pool which was nice and warm and quiet, even with the small family with kids there. There was an issue where my family forgot to take down their do not disturb door hanger so their room was not cleaned while we were gone for the day. They mentioned it to the front desk on our way to the pool and once we came back the room was cleaned with plenty of towels left behind. We were gone only 45 minutes to an hour. Even though I did not stay here, my experience was very pleasant.

It's definitely clean, and the staff is great to deal with. The downside is that this is the only hotel I've ever seen that doesn't have a mini-fridge and a microwave. I don't need it for alcoholic beverages, but it's nice to keep my tea cold. They did bring a fridge to the room upon request, but I found it odd that it wasn't just something that was present in the room. Weekend breakfast was great, but the weekday sausage biscuit was apparently air flavored. Weirdest thing I've ever tried. Not bad, not good, just tasted like air, like absolutely nothing at all. It's an interesting sensation, and worth a try for the experience alone, if you're there! (If you do try it, get some mustard. That should help!)
