Had a boiler fitted after 24 hrs it s gone heating and 1 month they are not coming to fix it

Probably the worst boiler manufacturer on the market - prone to regular faults and thus, costly emergency engineer call-out charges. Save yourself some money in the long-run and pay the larger upfront cost for a Worcester or Valiant boiler

Avoid at all cost. The installed unit has manufacturer's fault, confirmed by two independent engineers, but Vokera refuses to resolve the problem. They won't even honour their 5 years warranty. Shockingly rude customer service. Have never experienced anything like that. Other engineers adviced Vokera service dept is trained to treat customers such way. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all cost if you don't want to be left in a freezing house without the service in the middle the winter.

Before agreeing for an engineer to come round to fix your boiler, make sure that you do all correspondences with them via email before handing over any money to them.

Worst in service , Very bad attitude and bad behav...

Worst in service , Very bad attitude and bad behaviour of engineer, Just don,t wants to work, Asking for parking permit which we are ready to provide by the our next door neighbours private parking space.
I Install this boiler last year in October some point and the issue starred from the next month not giving proper boiling water and boiler its self got off always. I have two years warranty on this but i am thinking to change this as soon as possible. don't wants to recommend anyone at all.

Unprofessional and not serious ...don't get a Vokera Boiler ..they have no engineers available for a quick service if you need and the customer service is very rude..they arranged an appointment for the following week to repair my boiler and nobody turned up ...then they arranged another appointment for the following week and then the following week so I have been for 3 weeks with no heating and hot water and at the end I decided to replace my boiler and get a Vaillant ( Vaillant or Worcester good boilers , quick customer service and repairs) ...it was a nightmare...very rude customer service ...

The worst company ever. Fitted two boilers and wasted thousands. Rude customer service. Please please do not use them. You will be stuck at some point if not in the beginning, guaranteed. They have no true business infrastructure. Zero stars. Be warned.

Brand new boiler installed on the 4/12/2017 broke ...

Brand new boiler installed on the 4/12/2017 broke down by the 8/12/2017!! Warranty is absolute joke. 10 days have passed without heating or hot water and still waiting for Vokera get an to engineer to call and arrange a visit. You buy cheap you buy twice!! Bloody Waste of money!!

I have bought two boilers in January 2018. Both boilers broke at the start of November 2018. Customers service and after care is absolutely rubbish and unprofessional!!!
Still waiting to get one of the boilers fixed. Today is the 23 May 2019??
Don't buy those boilers!! Very very poor quality!!

I just done the High Efficiency Product course in London training centre. I m new to the industry and David was very knowledgable about boiler installation and commissioning. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the heat exchanger for the Evolve C and the BeSMART. Training free and I just become an affinity member!

WORST service I have received by any company ever ...

WORST service I have received by any company ever the boiler stopped supplying hot water so the gas safe engineer who fitted it came out and told me after speaking to customer services that the pump was at fault and he had arranged for a service call because the boiler was under warranty being only 18 months old and the engineer would call me within 24 hours to arrange an appointment he didn't call so the next day I rang customer services and was told he would ring me that day he didn't so on the third day a Saturday I rang customer services again and they rang there engineer who didn't answer the phone so there was nothing they could do so I finally received a text from there engineer on Sunday saying he could get to me between 6 and 6.30 am on Monday morning so being a key worker I arranged for my wife to be up and and went to work as normal the engineer turned up and sent a text saying he was outside and without knocking on the door left now I have been told he can't comeback maybe tomorrow if not then Wednesday afternoon so with small children in the house we have had no hot water for a week avoid buying anything from this company at all costs

Totally waste of time money and effect with this c...

Totally waste of time money and effect with this company. Vokera boilers are the worst ever. I called them to get an engineer visit for a 4 year old boiler, Got sold a service plan instead as it seemed more cost effective, 3 days later still no call from the engineer to come fix our boiler as we was without heating or hot water , during the 3 days waiting I called them 8 times and each time they said, we re really sorry do you mind holding and we ll call the engineer, and 7 times they came back to say sorry he s not answering the phone, but we ve left a message and will contact you soon. By the 3rd day I called back and again same story so told them where to shove their plan and their cheap and nasty boiler and instructed my own engineer to install a new Vaillant system. Now never been happier!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID VOKERA at all costs. Better off spending that bit extra and get yourself a decent boiler.

Brilliant product for the money.
Personally I have taken off 10 year old vokera with out any service history at all. If it's cheap and last you 5 year it's a bargain to have. No brainer. Highly recommend for people with bagged in mind.

If I could give them 0 star i would. Worst Boiler ...

If I could give them 0 star i would. Worst Boiler on market, purchased a Vokera Evolve and had a nightmare from day one. They seem to have a lack of understanding about their own boiler and where unable to fix problems with the boiler themselves!!!!!! Had engineer out many times and even a new boiler, but still kept coming back with same fault. If you are thinking of buying a Vokera don't.

Only positive to come out of experience was local Grahams plumbing merchants refunding me the boiler and doing a great deal on a Worcester boiler.

Buy rubbish, buy twice!!!!!

I have a Vokera boiler which is 2 years old there has been a little problem with it. The staff were very helpful both on the help desk and the engineer that came to fix very quickly .... well done Vokera
