This place was great! I don t know what s up with the negative reviews.
They are reasonable, and actually lower the price and were nice, I was really pressed.
THEY ALSO FILLED THE TANK OF THE CAR! That was a nice touch, I don t think they do that kinda stuff anymore.
Very happy with it, unusually good experience.

My 2019 Ford Explorer had its first performance service today at Gwinnett place Ford. My service advisor Pierre Parham was so excellent I am well pleased with the outcome of the service that I received today. His awareness of customer care and safety was expressed when he saw a nail in my tire before leaving the service station and immediately attended to repair it and I was so impressed. This is the second vehicle that I purchased at Gwinnett Place Ford and I only used their service station all of my vehicle service and I'm very pleased. This is a place that not only cares for the customer but cares for the vehicle as well. Thank you Gwinnett place Ford 2 thumbs up and a Hallelujah to you.

I visited Gwinnett Place Ford looking for a Ford Explorer that would pull a trailer that I was about to purchase. I met Vernon McDonald and he led me through the process of understanding the options and addressed my concerns about the vehicle. Vernon went out of his way to help and even encouraged me to drive the vehicle home to check it out in my parking space. When I ultimately chose another brand, I actually felt bad that I wasn't able to deal with Vernon after being treated so well.

Bait and switch operation. Called and set appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. Jamel lied to get us in. Drove an hour to our appointment to find out that they didn't have that vehicle, but could sell us another. If I wanted a different one, I could have stopped at one of the dozen Ford dealerships I passed on the way there... Unethical.

This is not a customer focused dealership. We were given a price to purchase a vehicle by a sales manager (he even wrote the deal on the invoice) and when we called back later the same day to accept, the deal was now approx $2000 more dollars. I spoke with the general manager of the dealership, Michael Higham and explained the situation. He nor the sales manager would honor the price we were given. Mr. Higham did not even have the decency to contact me afterwards but rather send an email stating they could not honor the deal. I would definitely recommend any Ford dealership over this one. I had to check a least one star to post, otherwise it would be zero stars.

Mikhail was the sales consultant and after a long time, I found a consultant who really knows what actually he is selling. He made my buying experience smooth. A pillar cladding is coming out at 1 place and I need to drive back to get it fixed but otherwise no complaints... (He also stayed with me until 9PM, until all financing thing got finished ;) )

Recently purchased a F-150 at Gwinnett Place Ford from Mikhail Granovskiy. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service exceeded my expectations. Mikail is a standup no BS guy! If you're in the market for a new truck, and want to deal with someone who cares that you buy what you want, and not what they can sell you, ask for Mikhail! My only regret is I didn't go to Gwinnett Place Ford first!

I went in for a service. I made an appointment few days prior to my arrival. Waited for 3 hours to get a diagnosis. They quote me almost $800 for the repair. It sounded too much so I called 3 different auto repaire places and they quote me around $200 for the job including part (genuine part) and labor. I decided not to get my vehicle fixed from this place. Since I decided not to fix the problem from Gwennett place ford service they charged me little over $130 for just the diagnose fee. I went to one of the body shop that I called earlier and they diagnosed and finished the job in one hour. I paid $201.14 total. I know the dealer service charges more but this is too much. Four time more expensive and not very efficient with their time.

I drove all the way from New York to pick up the car. My sales rep Finn had all the paperwork filled out and ready to be signed by the time I got to the dealership. I traded my car in and Finn was able to give me a price for my car, right over the phone. When I got to the dealership, he honored the price we agreed on and I was in my GT350, in less than an hour. Everything went very smooth. They had my DMV information done in about 2 weeks and I was able to put the plates on my car very quickly. This is a great dealership to work with and they will help you with any questions that you might have. Highly recommend!!!!

Bought a vehicle here as well as having multiple cars serviced here because it was the closest Ford dealership, but never again. Customer service is terrible. I made an appointment ahead of time, but that apparently didn't matter as the service advisor still asked me all of the same questions. I left my vehicle at 9 AM. I called and left messages twice to get an update and see if I needed to get a rental to get home that night. Well good frickin luck. Service advisors won't call you back, if you ever get someone on the phone, be prepared to hear a lot of confusion in their voice. Your car might as well have been hijacked, because you'll have no idea what's going on with it most of the time. By the time I got my advisor on the phone at 5:30 PM , he could hardly provide an update, told me it was "too late" to get a loaner or rental car, and Ford had no intentions of covering an Uber fee so I could get home to my family. I ended up picking up my own vehicle (after even a manager couldn't help me), with no paperwork as to what may have been done to my car that day. Is a simple update so much to ask for? NEVER AGAIN!

Gabi Mor, professional if I've ever seen one. My car buying experience was top notch. I went there last year looking for a new/used car and he helped me get it. Mr. Mor knew all the questions to ask and which direction to point me in. The team helped crunch numbers and I walked off the lot same day with keys in my hand. I went back again just the other day and again, he knew just what to ask, showed me more options and helped me fall in love again with another car. Mr. Mor could sell you on personality alone. The used cars feel new, very clean and well kept. I don't know what else to say other than I recommend Gwinnett Place Ford and Mr. Gabi Mor to anyone in the area looking for a good experience in both human contact and automotive buying experience. Very easy, great process with Gwinnett Place Ford and with Bryant Milon. Made appointment to look at a couple of trucks. Milon had them ready for us when we arrived. We took the test drive in the first and while we were gone they appraised the trade-in. We got back, tried the second, and when we were back the deal was ready for us. We made a few changes, got approved, and were driving home in the new truck two hours after we arrived at the dealership! Really easy, and Milon is great to work with and a man of his word! Highly recommend.

Have a Lincoln with a safety recall and finally got a letter saying there was a solution and to call my local dealer to set up an appointment for repair. Was transferred to numerous people before having to leave a message. When my call was finally returned, I was told that they didn't have the part and before they would order it, they had to inspect my car. My car has a specific safety recall having to do with the airbags; there is no need to inspect the car, unless you want to try to find things to sell me to help justify doing the recall labor for free. This is the second bad experience I've had with the service department at this dealer. I called another Lincoln dealer, and they seemed to have no problem just ordering the part.

Second time dealing with this dealership in the last two years. First time bought a 2017 Ford Transit low roof and yesterday got a 2019 Ford Transit Medium roof and Gwinnett Place Ford is the best place to get your new or used vehicle. Gabi and Mikhail did a great job finding me my new van. It was a hassle trying to get everything that I needed and they got it done. The finance guy was quick and professional as well. We are so very blessed to have worked with Gwinnett Place Ford again a second time this year. After a horrible experience with Hennessey Ford in Atlanta. What a great experience! Our Service Advisor Jordan Oliver was amazing! I have driven exclusively Mercedes Benz for many years and this was my first Lincoln experience. Jordan was far better than any of the Advisors at any of the 3 MB dealerships in past history. He greeted me with a smile and a sincere how can I make your day attitude. I had lots of questions. He listened carefully and confidently answered each one. He knows Lincoln cars!
Since I elected to wait he ensured we were comfortable in the lounge. A Great Advisor makes for a Great Experience. Hats off to the Leadership at Gwinett Place Lincoln for the vision and training of a superb Team Member. I ll be back!!!

Finance department is a rockstar, fastest I have ever finalized a deal. The sales side is a bit shady though. I bought a used car from there. On the way home from purchasing a used vehicle, I had two inches of water appear on the floor boards. Called the dealership. They apologized and told me it was likely a drain plug. I asked what we could do about, they said nothing. After spending 6 hours checking all the drains on vehicle, it was indeed the drain for the AC Condenser. $150 later of buying a shop vac to get all the water out of the vehicle. The next day, the AC went out of the car. Freon leak. $150 later, AC is fixed. (Glad I got a warranty with the vehicle, thank you finance department!) Checked the oil, over a court low. They did not do any service on the vehicle, literally washed it and resold it. Again, contact dealership. "Im sorry sir, i will offer you a free vehicle detail."

Just got the paperwork this week to get the tag for the car. Went to the tag office, no current emissions on the vehicle. Tag office told me it is actually illegal for a dealership to sell. Based on everything that has happened so far with the vehicle, very pleased that it passed emissions. It was a completely unsatisfactory experience and I will not be going back.

Only reason I am giving 3 stars, the finance side is super kind, super courteous. They will help you in every manner possible!

Everyone was great and treated me with the utmost respect. My sales person Samir did an excellent job of getting me in the truck I wanted. The general manger even came out and gave me a handshake and a smile. Jay the financial manager was also great. I left with a big smile on my face. We bought the Edge that my wife was wanting to trade from this dealership. So, I called them after visiting a few closed lots on Sunday and after spending much time online. By knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, it made this experience painless.! It took longer than I expected, but we did go after lunch on Labor Day. Our salesman, Ron Moore, was very knowledgeable and you would be wise to ask for him.

Where do I start with this dealership?! This place gets a five star from me. I went in with low credit, no funds, and a used car on its last leg (literally). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named Herbert Michael. He listen to what I needed with my circumstances and went right to work. Through the selection process, I was nervous about what would fit my needs and desires so I bounced back and forth btw car selections. Herbert was not bothered at all. He was very patience, calm, and reassuring that he would get me in a new car. Meanwhile its almost closing time at the dealership. Herbert wasn't fazed. He worked diligently on my loan brought me an offer that worked for me and the rest was history. I walked away with a new 2018 vehicle the next day! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a car. Herbert gave high level exemplary customer service that made me a happy customer. Ask for this guy when you go!

One of our work vans had a problem with the brakes. I called GPF and explained that I had a van in the area that needed new brakes. Since we were working, we needed to get the van in and out of the shop ASAP. The guy said, he would make sure we got the brakes on and got back to work right away. Took the van in at 11:00 a.m..Asked about the status at 12:00. Was told they were still performing diagnostics. They had not even started on the brakes. We sat there all day until 5:00 waiting. I explained that I had to get over to the other side of town to pick up kids from school. It took forever and cost a fortune. They printed out a small booklet with their diagnostic report. It had everything from the depth of the treads to condition of hoses. I paid for this and waiting for this when all I wanted was brakes.

I scheduled to have 2 recalls on my Focus resolved. Just a few minutes after I made the appointment online, someone from the service dept called me to verify the recalls. When I got there for my appt 2 days later, they already had my paperwork and all ready. Charles Swank, my service advisor, was extremely polite and informative. Everything went well, my recalls were fixed, and I scheduled to take my car back for a transmission service. Absolutely no stress on my end, and I m hoping the transmission service goes just as well.

My sales Executive Gabi Mor was awesome! Both times! He sold me two cars within 1 years time and the experience was as smooth as glass! This guy new what was needed, got it done and I left with the car if my choice. He kept in touch the whole time during my first vehicle and then called me on my birthday and asked me to come in and get another vehicle.
When I think of Gwinnett Place Ford, I think of family and Gabi Mor

My sales representative was Steve Tiller and he wa...

My sales representative was Steve Tiller and he was professional, patient reachable and seemed to be working on my behalf. Now CPO sales management is a bit of a different tale. I only by cars that are 1 to 3 years old with less than 30,000 miles and must be a CPO vehicle. This 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with 20,000 miles and CPO met this criteria. The deal was made and a deposit given to Steve. One final question was, "this is a CPO vehicle, correct". Steve checked and said that it was but when they dropped the price, they dropped the CPO? The day of the sale, the dealership website showed CPO, the dealership posted Carfax showed CPO but management said that they had removed the CPO? I bought several CPO Lincolns and I have not ever heard of a CPO switch where it could simply be turned off. Steve went to work for me but I still had to pay a portion of the cost to re-CPO the vehicle. Overall, I am pleased with the vehicle and the deal and very pleased with Steve's cooperation. Somebody up the ladder needs to address this issue since other customers may not be as willing to go through the on/off process. Obviously, I'm a budget minded shopper or I would not be only buying CPO vehicles but I do not believe in pounding on the sales person and the dealership for the last dollar. Give Steve Tiller a pat on the back and some recognition for working with both the customer and the sales manager. I'll be back but there is room for improvement in front line management.
