I scheduled to have 2 recalls on my Focus resolved...

I scheduled to have 2 recalls on my Focus resolved. Just a few minutes after I made the appointment online, someone from the service dept called me to verify the recalls. When I got there for my appt 2 days later, they already had my paperwork and all ready. Charles Swank, my service advisor, was extremely polite and informative. Everything went well, my recalls were fixed, and I scheduled to take my car back for a transmission service. Absolutely no stress on my end, and I m hoping the transmission service goes just as well.
