Sales staff meant well but didn't know their product well enough to provide helpful responses to my questions. Initial finance staff was extremely high-pressure like you'd expect on a used car lot 40 years ago, though other finance staff were much more reasonable. They had flimsy garbage bags that fell apart when I tried to use them to unload my trade-in, and "detailing" the new car included putting noxious "new-car-smell" sachets in front of the air vents. Overall I think I ended up a low price on an even lower-quality car, and the dealership was not up to modern standards. I had a smooth process buying my previous car, a Toyota, and massive anxiety throughout the process of buying this Ford. I can't recommend the brand and I especially can't recommend the dealership.
