This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Damien, my salesman, was so kind and helpful. He never talked down to me, he listened and answered all of my questions, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. I told him what I could afford and that is exactly what he got for me. I highly recommend going to Damien if you are car shopping. The dealership is very nice. They have a large, comfortable showroom and waiting area. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. Food and drinks were readily available.

I've encountered several car salesmen in my day - Herb Michael bucked the trend of them all, and was a refreshing individual to do business with. Calm, cool, and collected the entire time - literally zero pressure applied throughout the day. Herb dedicated his entire day with me and my family ensuring that we found the right vehicle to fit our needs, and was very accommodating after the purchase to help answer any questions we had about the vehicle. We just bought our first of many vehicles with Herb.

I had never bought a vehicle from this dealer. I have only used them for service. I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. Hector Segura listened to what I wanted and understood my buying style. He worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted. He also knows his F150s. Nothing worse then dealing with someone who has no clue what they are selling.

I really enjoyed my new car buying experience at Gwinnett Place Ford!! Johnny Vu was the best saleman ever and went out of his way to make me happy. He knew I wanted a certain color car and although they did not have that color on the lot he found my dream car. I am so in love with my 2016 Mustang and I plan on purchasing more cars from Gwinnett Place Ford. The entire staff made me feel like a part of the family and I like doing business with people who care about their customers. Johnny is the best and I really do appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you Johnny and Gwinnett Place Ford for making me so happy!!

The inspection that their per owned vehicles go through is very unacceptable.(OKAY) means whatever needs to be replaced immediately!!! You are very welcome... I m going to be honest so I don t know who s been posting the rest of the reviews but I went into the dealership today planning on paying cash on a truck that just got traded in and of course it hasn t been checked out by there service team so I was trying to get a deal worked out on a diesel which the gauges weren t working and windshield was cracked and had an issue with the turbo all issues I was aware of even with all that being said I was planning on spending 18,000 cash but all I was asking is for leinance on getting to take it to a mechanic which the finance manager told me they do t allow that even worh me putting money down up front and just to take it to a mechanic to have it checked out and was told if I didn t buy it like it was it was first come first serve so no promises it was a hot truck and they was asking top of jelly blue book for the truck so they didn t care about loosing a customers 18,000 cash said he makes more money financing the vehicle that s why I m a Chevy man because that s how they treat you at ford.

Well I was Living in Griffin Ga, about 60 plus miles from the dealer, I was looking at a f-250 diesel used. I called the dealer and confirmed my appointment and they told me the truck would be ready when I got there. I then packed up the kid and wife and we got to the dealer for them to tell me they are working a deal as I walk through the door with another customer on the truck I had just came to buy. That was enuff to go "POSTAL" but that was no very good business, but a call should have been made to stop me from coming that far for nothing. At least give me gas but nope no gas at all.

My family has been a long time consumer of Ford Motor Company with Gwinnett Place Ford. We have had the pleasure of working with Geo Riddlespriger for two purchases now and we are never disappointed. Geo is extremely professional, pleasant, and transparent, exceeding all expectations. Purchasing during the pandemic was challenging but Geo was so accommodating with his approach and made us feel safe during our visit. Went in looking for a hybrid, and while the sales people in the back were too aggressive, one of the salesman out front, Herb, was amazing and definitely knows customer service. He took the time to describe every feature of the car and the best options for us, not just what would be the best for bringing in more money. He understood we had something specific in mind and did not pressure us into a bad sale. We ve had to go back for some paperwork and each time he continues to make sure we are taken care of and cultivates the relationship.

Had to get some warranty work done. The service guy was nice and knowledgeable. He had me in and I was walking out in about 5 minutes. He called the next day to tell update me on the work, and I had the car back in two days. I did not buy the car from this dealership, but I might for the next car we buy.

Sales staff meant well but didn't know their product well enough to provide helpful responses to my questions. Initial finance staff was extremely high-pressure like you'd expect on a used car lot 40 years ago, though other finance staff were much more reasonable. They had flimsy garbage bags that fell apart when I tried to use them to unload my trade-in, and "detailing" the new car included putting noxious "new-car-smell" sachets in front of the air vents. Overall I think I ended up a low price on an even lower-quality car, and the dealership was not up to modern standards. I had a smooth process buying my previous car, a Toyota, and massive anxiety throughout the process of buying this Ford. I can't recommend the brand and I especially can't recommend the dealership.

I just moved up here from South Florida and had a great relationship with my local dealer. i was not looking foward to having to find one here.. but to my suprise i stumbeled upon Gwinette place Ford and a young lady named Breannah K, she was amazing, she kept me up to date on my service throughout the day. she was very friendly thorough. I have 3 Fords in my family and Breannah will be my advisor for now on.. Thanks again Breannah and we will see you for our next service.
The loaner agent Lynda and the cashier were also always smiling and helpful..

Buying my used F-150 at Gwinnett Place Ford was an excellent experience. The salesman, Gabi Mor, was friendly, helpful and there was no pressure. The used car sales manager, A.J. Hardy, was also extremely helpful. This is a great place to buy a vehicle.

Update:
After recall number 3 which is not the dealerships fault and numerous 4 or 5 attempts to diagnose an engine noise issue I ve been complaining about for the last 6 months they tell me to come back when the noise is worse. I legit have had to tow the car to them 3 times at this point. Well now 6 months in and 2 oil changes later lmbo my car starts to blow white smoke out of the exhaust and stall out on me on the side of the road with my kid in the car. Get the car towed again and here I am. Needing to pay another diagnostic and pay more to fix something that I though ford could fix on their own car. I almost traded it in for a mustang but at this point through this process I lost my faith in ford. Not the service advisors but the service department in general.

Update 2: I finally got my car back after a 4K repair. Could have all been prevented if it was diagnosed when I asked 6months ago when I first heard it. I don t think I will ever buy another ford again after this experience.

Gave us information about the vehicles that my husband and I try. I'll specially recommend mr. Gabi mor to my friends or family member to him.
