Very easy, great process with Gwinnett Place Ford and with Bryant Milon. Made appointment to look at a couple of trucks. Milon had them ready for us when we arrived. We took the test drive in the first and while we were gone they appraised the trade-in. We got back, tried the second, and when we were back the deal was ready for us. We made a few changes, got approved, and were driving home in the new truck two hours after we arrived at the dealership! Really easy, and Milon is great to work with and a man of his word! Highly recommend.
