I bought a Renault Zoe two weeks ago and as much I was satisfied with the welcome and the professionalism of the seller, the result was a long obstacle course. I had to call myself the old woman of the appointment for the restitution to learn that in the end it was postponed to the following week. At the second appointment I waited more than 3 hours for the restitution, I had a commercial gesture. I think that if there had been no additional troubles behind I would not have been so disappointed, but during the restitution I asked why the date of the technical control had passed "don't worry it will be corrected on the new registration card ". And not a week later, I have a call to warn me that the technical control has been forgotten and that we have to go back. It is not professional and I keep in the end a bitter taste of this purchase (and yet the car is top).

Staff unfriendly and obviously nothing to do with their customers! I came from far away on purpose for a creaking problem in the trunk in my laguna coupe yesterday, I got out a mind-blowing price range from 200 to 1000 for a search for noise when it probably comes from a manufacturing defect on the assembly line at the trunk. Of course my car from 2012 is no longer guaranteed they refuse any support because it is not a mechanical breakage. Technocentre experts on forums have injected a resin into the uprights of the trunk to alleviate the problem. But when I asked if there was a history I was told that no there was nothing without even bothering to check. Between that and the cracking problems of the well-known RENAULT dashboard of the laguna 3 for a car sold for 40,000, it's just grotesque the work of amateurs. Renault can't even recognize its mistakes. Never again in my life will I buy a car from this brand they disgusted me.

Another time, I come 10min before the closing service spare parts. Oh no, sir is in a hurry and tells me to come back tomorrow!
Another time, I ask for a quote for a pet leak. When making an appointment, "no problem, you will have your vehicle the same evening". At the time of depositing the vehicle "You will have it in 2 days". In the end, 5 days of immobilization for a small leak !!

In short, unfortunately for me, this is the only garage approved ZE next to me, so I'm a little obliged, but otherwise, I strongly advise you to go elsewhere!

His argument is approximate, and sometimes even false ("the techroad version stops this day - in September - but 2 months later it is still present on the website), and he is more eager to join his colleagues to eat a couscous to take care of a customer Interested by an accessory (210 ) I ask him ten days before delivery if he can make a gesture on the pose (about 70 I think) No return until on the day of delivery (where we met without seeing each other twice in the waiting room and then Mr. Dedina calls him and comes sheepishly and surprised to see me tell me that he could not make me this commercial gesture (70 manpower I remember) in view of the margin on the vehicle (more than 14 000 ) ... Thinking about changing my vehicle, I take this endless wait to find out from a seller for a used vehicle: I almost had the impression of disturbing! Revision most probably not made. Why probably because the salesperson is unable to confirm this to us! I imagine for his discharge that he picks up the baby at short notice but still! How can we deliver an unrevised vehicle when Renault sales representatives keep arguing that vehicles are completely overhauled before delivery !!! The vehicle has nevertheless received the modifications that had to be made so we agree with the sales representative that the overhaul must be carried out in the Renault close to my home. Case to follow ... Especially since an element was missing on the vehicle! The delivery was accepted because I live far from Boulogne but I keep a certain bitterness for this delivery this organization and the total lack of professionalism, the correction, the casualness and limit insolence (the day we saw it) of the commercial initial.
