Great welcome from the workshop side. I come on December 26 for a problem of bolt blocked on the brakes that I change myself: the regulator remains smiling while the workshop is full and ten vehicles want to enter. The Renault minute receptionist listens to me cordially and offers to see me with a mechanic. The latter agrees very gently to repair immediately what takes him ten minutes when there are really people. It seems so simple but I had already made 5 garages which had offered me the best an appointment three days later .....
