Coming for four worries, I come out with three interventions or advice not completed and a questionable repair.
Home cold and incompetent, we leave you leek without taking your problem to heart and we are unable to solve a minor problem. I hope that my status as a foreigner has not earned me this scandalous treatment.

Very bad experience which called into question the confidence I had in the Renault brand. After an excellent 8-year experience with another Renault dealer, I bought a Dacia Sandero on May 12, the day after the de-containment. By email, the sales representative sent me a copy of the advertisement posted on used Renault, with the photo of the car and a technical sheet. No information on the condition of the body. I sign on May 13th asking that the car be ready for delivery on June 20th. Living in the Oise and having travel difficulties, I asked a friend to come and collect it. Once I got the car home I quickly noticed "the many scratches, dents and even a hole in the windshield. I asked the sales rep for the photos before the purchase, he refused. I repeated the question to the manager a few weeks later, he did not hold back from answering me. Another Renault garage made an estimate in the amount of 500 for the repair. Among other things, from the start, there has been a noise in the hood which has forced me to already make two appointments with another Renault dealership. After discussions with Renault customer service, I filed a complaint without obtaining any satisfaction. I can only deduce that RENAULT authorizes and covers these forms of not very transparent practices
We changed the gearbox of our company's function truck. 1 month of warranty expertise. And the engine mount on the gearbox side is broken. We left for 1 month of expertise. The car is barely 2 years old. I do not recommend this garage.
Most people on the workshop side are polished, however 45 minutes of waiting to leave a vehicle by appointment to change 2 bulbs (meeting 8:45 am picking up 9:30 am) and one hour waiting to collect it (meeting 6 pm wait until 7 p.m.). Lamentable!

Home friendly, revision ultra expensive, more than 500 euros, a flashing not working I asked them to change the connector seen that by moving a little son that refonctionnait, they finally called me to m ' announce an additional budget of almost 350 euros for the flashing light, telling me that the cable was cut and that it was not just the connector ... I refused and I confirm, it is indeed a false contact at the level of the connector because by moving the flashing a bit works ... I think they tried to inflate even more the note which was already exorbitant and I will therefore manage on my own!

Obvious efforts to welcome customers in the place, but a miserable customer treatment in the end: RV given 10 days before for a change of windshield; arrived at the appointment to hear me say that the piece had not been ordered "because you never know if the customer will honor the appointment, we wait until he went to the workshop to order." This is information that I would have liked to have been given when I made an appointment, since this is standard practice at this establishment. Nothing was offered to me later to catch up, the establishment did not really feel concerned: the appointment had been taken by "the platform". A serious commercial approach would have been to send me a message directing me to confirm my order. In short, when the business practices of this establishment have evolved, it will be more advisable.

The maintenance-mechanical service is not at the level of what Renault claims: having problems following an overhaul without anyone seeming to care, to the point of needing to move because nobody takes calls ... it's heartbreaking, and wastes time. In addition, the answers provided were tainted with lies (diagnosis without saying a fact, which was not etc). Little story that must have resulted in a tow, following an electronic anomaly (because the diagnosis had not been made) ... and 10 days of immobilization of the car !!! A solution was then found (diagnosis found!), The car works again. Only positive point, the story ends with an apology, and a maintenance operation "offered" (which could have been avoided, if the staff listened a little to what they were told at the very beginning!). I admit that this tarnishes confidence in the reliability of the brand as for its know-how on the monitoring of these vehicles ... the staff makes you believe with a certain empathy that they will help you (that's wrong!) ; they tell you that they re-contact you at such time ... and don't do it !! enough to be a little tense! Fortunately, not all garages are like this. Favoring a small structure is certainly the best solution ...

The saleswoman confirms the presence of the car in the garage. I'm 1h drive. Arrival on site person to welcome us. A group of salesmen laughed laughing around a table while we were in front of them. It's up to us to say hello and ask someone to advise us. The saleswoman finally tells me that the car is under revision. A big joke !! What a lack of professionalism and cordiality. Run away from this garage !!

Rent client, I have always had a good welcome and good conditions to rent a vehicle. Each time, they were in perfect condition. Nothing to say, much more pro than traditional rental agencies.
Making an appointment which is useless apart from waiting almost 1 hour to ask us to come back 2 days later ... Especially if we have to come back it's their fault because the repair was poorly done. Really disappointed with the services. Who better than Renault can maintain your Renault at any garage except them.
Dishonest until the end on a revision on a Twingo: invoicing of a cabin filter when the Twingo has not equipped it and overcharging of all the elements compared to the online quote. I am promised a refund in 2-3 weeks (91 in total anyway) and 1.5 months later I still haven't received anything !! Avoid at all costs !!
