I bought a Renault Zoe two weeks ago and as much I was satisfied with the welcome and the professionalism of the seller, the result was a long obstacle course. I had to call myself the old woman of the appointment for the restitution to learn that in the end it was postponed to the following week. At the second appointment I waited more than 3 hours for the restitution, I had a commercial gesture. I think that if there had been no additional troubles behind I would not have been so disappointed, but during the restitution I asked why the date of the technical control had passed "don't worry it will be corrected on the new registration card ". And not a week later, I have a call to warn me that the technical control has been forgotten and that we have to go back. It is not professional and I keep in the end a bitter taste of this purchase (and yet the car is top).
