Again, appointment canceled without notifying me.
It is the 4th time with them.
The first time, the person in charge of my car was sick, then he was in training and the third, I am not on the schedule while the day before, I received a confirmation by SMS.
This time, he is in training again and nobody of course called me to change the date when it was given to me more than 3 weeks before coming on site.
Each time I take a day off or shift my schedules. In short, a waste of time.

Positive points: the salespeople (at least the one I dealt with) and the competence of the workshop mechanics, unlike their colleagues from Pont d'Issy. It saves the 2nd star.

Very nice home. Sales team VN and VO listens and advises you to accompany you in your purchase.
Organized and welcoming technical team too.
No bodywork service, cars are picked up and transferred to Clamart garage in the activity area. The brand makes a lot of effort to satisfy its customers. It would be nice if some Renault franchised garages have the same customer approach.
I advise this one.
