Acquisition of a used vehicle. Commercial simply to absent subscribers without any communication (whereas I had had it the day before on the phone) waiting more than half an hour without anyone taking care of us. How can we deliver an unrevised vehicle when Renault sales representatives keep arguing that vehicles are completely overhauled before delivery !!! The vehicle has nevertheless received the modifications that had to be made so we agree with the sales representative that the overhaul must be carried out in the Renault close to my home. Case to follow ... Especially since an element was missing on the vehicle! The delivery was accepted because I live far from Boulogne but I keep a certain bitterness for this delivery this organization and the total lack of professionalism, the correction, the casualness and limit insolence (the day we saw it) of the commercial initial.
