Very disappointing experience with Renault Mobility. On arrival at the car park, the car was impossible to move (parked in place at an angle and 2 cars blocked). I was charged 36 for this rental which did not take place. Since I have relaunched 3 times the Renault Mobility service that tell me they can only wait for the return of the agency Boulogne (which does not answer) for the refund.
I came to collect my ordered vehicle from Vincent Drochon at the Avenir Automobile garage in Vanves (in whom I have total confidence). He was excellent counsel and showed patience.
The delivery was made by Kader LAOUBI. His explanations were clear.

After a 3rd breakdown in 2 months on my Clio IV estate gt, my vehicle was taken care of by the Renault workshops in Boulogne Billancourt. After 3 weeks of waiting (without loan of vehicle of course), I received a call from the garage telling me that a reprogramming of the gearbox was made but that "in my opinion, the problem is not solved for as much". In the meantime, one thing is certain: I have been relieved of 148 euros. And my vehicle broke down again 2 days later.
1 hour of waiting despite an appointment ... 2 days of immobilization for an overhaul, a few adjustments to be made and a technical control to hear me say that they could not do the technical control and that I must leave my car all weekend + Monday. Monday evening, still not ready. Tuesday morning, finally at noon the car is ready! Mind-blowing! Inordinate waiting times. Staff who pass the buck. No !

Lamentable, 3 weeks to make an appointment I take it on Friday they tell me 2 days to do only a diagnosis and 1 day of repair (emptying + forced regeneration). I tell them that I absolutely need the vehicle on weekends. They promise to call on Friday night but do not call me back and they are unreachable. On Monday I call them the car is not even started. Obliged to recover the car not made with full warning message. RBB is a flee if you do not want to waste your time.
